So she is allowed to exit, maybe even paid a bonus, if the break up is no-fault from Seacrest. Thus staged 'cheating pics'. During a time that no one would blame her for separating.

@halloweenie None taken at all! I'm not in PR but would watch a Scandal type show about Hollywood through maybe a PR character POV. Kinda like how the show Action was set up. The episodes can be based on old Hollywood blinds because the drama usually stands the test of time.

And can afford to pay off his former stylist a sum of money to make a well timed accusation about events that happened but was never taken in the vindictive way that it is now presented?
Maybe a former A list E! Network star that wants the network to pay for the poor pay practices and for pushing her out of her career? This person probably met the stylist-accuser while working on her now decommissioned Fashion critique show.
Because if you can force the female celebrity herd to avoid your male co-host on their big night, there is plenty of star time left for the forgotten female co-host to take back.
I'd watch that in a heartbeat.
