Please no.
ReplyDeleteGood for her.
ReplyDeleteI've just never found her to be funny.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't matter if you find her funny. It's a question of whether she should have been crucified over a stupid miscalculation.
ReplyDeleteI love her despite the poor judgment shown in Trump debacle. She has balls of steel.
ReplyDelete+1 @Joshua.
ReplyDeleteAnd good for Kathy for fighting her way back from a gross overreaction by the industry. Yes, she missed the satire mark she was aiming for and landed with a thud under “offensive and kinda gross,” but that’s the kind of job hazard you have when you’re a comedian.
Hanniam -- You dont take the presidents head dip it in blood and pretend to make a deadly insinuation, then talk about running to mexico becuase you know there re consequences. If that were your precious Obama you would scream Murder. Also did you solve the Seth Rich Blind item yet?
ReplyDeletePlease get to it. Dont want to see you posting here until you solve it.
How about the 8 solid years of Obama lynching memes that were forwarded around like cookie recipes amongst the Obummer crowd?
DeleteI have screen shots if you need a reminder?
How about Ted Nugent who publicly threatened to assassinate a sitting president? Does he get to keep what’s left of his sad career?
Just curious if your outrage is cult-of-personality-specific.
Also did you see that Kentucky Judge/Trump campaign chair who just went down for human trafficking? Weird, huh? I thought it was only libtards did that.
Here’s a link in case you missed the highly publicized story.

@Kno beat me to it. :) Much Obliged.
Deletefamilies are being ripped apart because Trump had a bug up his ass about DACA and had to undo an executive order that wasn't hurting anyone. Pushing the country into more divide and chaos in our house and senate.
ReplyDeleteBUT OH PLEASE LET's CRUCIFY HER OVER AN ART PHOTO!
The executive order was unlawful... President Obama said it was not within his power. Then after years of saying it was unlawful for him to act.... he issued an executive order. DACA was not lawful, the power lies in the Legislature branch, not the Executive branch. The executive order should have been over turned. Let the Senate and House of Representatives do their jobs.
DeleteKathy is fun, but she crossed the line. She's no newbie to comedy.
@cat, Couldn’t we then say the same thing about Trump’s Muslim Ban which was also an executive order?
DeleteOf course not. He’s the Orange Emperor. His EOs are handed down from on high.
DeleteI'm not getting into a political "side," of the issue, @timebob, @IllinoisFan and @Kno Won Uno, but @cat is correct in that the original DACA law was unlawfully passed.
DeleteAs for @timebob's assertion that the president is "undoing" the DACA law, that is incorrect. The law expires in March. He didn't propose/order the original law, nor is he interfering/over-turning the law.
Please learn how government works before you make silly claims you've read on Facebook, or wherever.
The president has offered amnesty for 1.8 MILLION DACA/Dreamers, more than DOUBLE the number that President Obama offered unlawful protection to. It is NOT IN HIS HANDS. It is up to the legislative branch of the government, (Congress), to agree on new legislation, of which the president can THEN decide whether or not to sign into law.
The Republican lawmakers have already proposed FOUR amnesty bills, along w/ 2 other bipartisan bills allowing the pathway to citizenship.
Those bills were all rejected by either Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, or Mitch McConnell.
As for @IllinoisFan and @Kno Won Uno's embarrassing lack of how our government works, it is the sole discretion, and lawful DUTY of the president to not only decide unilaterally who does and doesn't come into the country, it is the office holder's highest job requirement to ensure the safety of it's citizenry.
This is the reason that upon taking office, President Trump was briefed on a recommendation that had been put forth by President Obama, to restrict travel from the 7 countries he ordered. While in office, President Obama wisely listened to his advisors who suggested the restrictions on these 7 countries, he also banned travel from those areas, AND OTHERS, during his tenure in office.
He placed bans on individuals, groups, and at times, entire areas. This WAS HIS JOB, as it was previous presidents and now President Trump's.
You are being manipulated by media that have political agendas they are advocating for, that will collectively highlight a certain aspect of the president's functions, and promote as it were some unheard of event and a horrible outrage, whereas a previous president, or as usually is the situation, most of the past office holders, had performed this very same action, without any note from the press, or even positive coverage.
They are counting on the general public being ill-informed, as well as uneducated, and lacking the ability to remember how any certain aspect was carried out, during a past administration.
Please do not allow yourselves to be manipulated by ANY media or political pundits/activists. You are allowed to view any open legislation or proposals on the government websites and allowed to view hearings and commitee functions, along with presidential statements and daily press briefing, on C-span and educating yourselves by researching the basic framework of how laws are proposed and enacted, along with using the Constitution & Bill of Rights as your general guides for referral.
It is encumbant on citizens to be educated voters and to educate our children to be the same.
I like her, I think she's funny, and she paid her dues over the incident where she showed very poor judgement. Snowflakes need to get over it.
ReplyDeleteI'll never understand what Steve Wozniak ever saw in this woman.
ReplyDeleteLove Kathy Griffin, though her type of gossip comedy was always going to have diminishing returns for her. She’ll bounce back. We

ReplyDeleteI liked her on Suddenly Susan, but her other stuff, eh.
ReplyDeleteAnd let's not act as if it had been any other president she wouldn't have been blacklisted from entertainment. That was creepy and disturbing, it's not like she was talking to the head like Hamlet.
She was invited to be a presenter at The Writer's Guild Awards this past weekend, so she is making her way back into the industry with some acceptance
ReplyDeleteShe's great, give em hell.
ReplyDeleteThis dried up bitter cunt is batshit crazy. She'll fuck it up again. Aside from not being funny.
ReplyDeleteMaybe if we're lucky, she'll insult the jews next time. That will get her exiled a lot longer from the entertainment world.
I remember seeing her in an indie film called DILL SCALLION. She was perfect. Btw, anyone who was clutching their pearls over the photo has clearly chosen to ignore the many 'hilarious' instances when Barack Obama effigies were lynched/burned. Frankly, donald probably wished he'd used the idea on HRC.
ReplyDeleteI liked her My Life On The D List, but thought she got a little brittle & unfunny later.
ReplyDeleteDo I think she should be punished forever? No.
Just because I wouldn’t pay to see her perform doesn’t mean she’s not entitled to make a living.
Yes. That's how the Organization works. Humilation, followed by reward.
ReplyDeleteI hope she’ll be able to finally move on with her career.
ReplyDeleteI don't know anyone who even thought what Kathy did was bad. She's always been tasteless, ala Joan Rivers, so that was just her humor. I hope she keeps giving the pig in the WH a hard time. She doesn't strike me as scared of much.
