Blind Items Revealed #1
February 11, 2018
With the recent revelations, I am actually shocked this foreign born former A- list mostly television actress from a show turned movie didn't go ahead and tell the world it was this permanent A/A- list actress who ruined the franchise by wanting so much money. The foreign born actress always takes the blame, but as I told you before it is the permanent A/A- list actress who is at fault.
Kim Cattrall/Sarah Jessica Parker

I totally used to buy SJP's goody-goody act. Not any more.
ReplyDeleteMe too. Glad I ironed this one out the other day by asking others for their feedback on the two.
ReplyDeleteWhat did you ask about, and what were the replies?
DeleteI like them both. Not enough to be traumatized by another SATC movie though.
ReplyDeleteAmen. The burqa thing rubbed me the wrong way. Enough is enough.
DeleteI liked KC a lot in "The Ghostwriter" before I learned about Roman Polanski (but I'm most heart-broken and disappointed about "The Pianist", apart from having the biggest crush on Adrien Brody, it was the International Humanitarian Law student's go to film and teh director exploited international law to get away with rape.
I can't.
maybe it's time for a reboot?
ReplyDeleteNo.
DeleteSeriously, hadn't that show had enough seasons? I'm not sure about viewership, but it seemed like it ran its course...
ReplyDeleteEnough with the reboots. Younger generations don't need Sex and The City, the existing version has done enough damage to society as it is.
ReplyDeletenone of the SATC actresses come across as being even a little bit likable. I watched the first movie and it still is the worst $10 I've ever spent. Good riddance.
ReplyDeletemaybe it's time for a reboot?
ReplyDeleteWasn't there a television SATC prequel featuring a young, precocious, fashionist Carrie?
The Carrie Diaries on the CW.
DeleteI haven't ever seen any sex in the city episode but I know sjp was in movie I saw when I was younger , with dance competition I thought it was GREAT! anyone have any idea what I am speaking of? I would watch it again. I really liked it. I remember crowning victory (dance off?) was to "dancing in heaven" . grrr just realized I could Google my own question but I just typed this all out. now what? SEND. haw haw suckers
ReplyDeleteNatalie and Ben were better dancers than Janey and Jeff! As a dancer, that always bugged the crap out of me. Gymnastics alone don't trump dance technique. Love love that movie, but snotty Natalie and her rotating closet got unfairly screwed!
DeleteMy 2 cents. :)
*Girls Just Want to Have Fun
ReplyDeletelol I hope it is online somewhere i will watch it tonight. enthusiastically even!
OMG shhhh https://m.youtube.com/watch?t=49s&v=l95q-HVUuVk
ReplyDeleteschedule cleared! (i.e. Olympics muted)
I just think Kim calls out SJP on her sh*t instead of kissing her a$$ like everyone else on SITC
ReplyDeleteIs there really anything wrong with asking the producers for more money when your franchise is hot to trot? I'm not really a fan of SJP but why is she being chastised so hard for this and her relationship with KC?
ReplyDeleteSJP strikes me as a control freak. I've heard KC is very nice, and just happy to do the work.
ReplyDeleteSupposedly, SJP could accept less money and let her costars make a bit more. Once she became an executive producer on SaTC, she refused to help the others negotiate new contracts even at the height of SaTC's popularity. She only negotiated for herself, getting the lion's share of the money for talent.
ReplyDeleteThe same happened in the movies and Cattrall was sick of that shit. She didn't want to be part of the new movie without a big pay raise (and it sounds like Cattrall wasn't that excited about it anyway.)
No, Scandi, Polanski didn't exploit any international laws to get away with rape.
ReplyDeleteNo one here in the USA asked for his extradition before 2010.
Why let a nasty little man spoil your enjoyment of a great film?
Polanski certainly used international law to his advantage and left the US knowing that he could not be compelled to return without an extradition order. It was a tactical choice. It's not like he went to the US Virgin Islands or Guam.
ReplyDeleteKim Cattrall spilled the tea on Instagram that SJP has a nice girl persona. She has her PR people leaking deal about Kim. Glad Kim clapped back.
ReplyDeletePolanski has a Polish passport. It's not exploiting the law to go home when under legal threat (which is why I advise anyone who can obtain a second foreign passport to do so, pronto.)
ReplyDeleteIf the US wanted him so badly, why no extradition order? France is open to extraditing our criminals. Why wait till 2010 to ask for extradition? It was ridiculous, which is why he wasn't sent back to the USA.
OMG I LOVED Girls Just Want To Have Fun. SJP and Helen Hunt. Memories!! Is it on Youtube, really?
ReplyDeleteyes! I watched it last night and it was as charming as I remembered. lol @ revolving closet scene JA.
ReplyDeleteI like both actresses. But it's way past time for yet another SatC movie. They are grandmother ages. SJP's Divorce show on HBO is more honest for her age at this point but even so you can tell she's trying to act like much younger than she is on the show.
ReplyDeletevery interesting topic
