Good call Tricia. Why can't these famous actresses just develop a pill habit when they hit the wall, like in the olden days? You didn't see Liza or Barbara parade themselves in public acting like whores. No they were at home popping quaaludes and taking long naps like a normal person who's turned into a dried up old hag would. The menopause is not that big a deal I reckon. there's a lot worse things than a dry pussy and the occasional hot flush.
ReplyDeleteMenopausa is the BEST thing that has happenned to me. No more periods, mood swings and I'm still cold all the time. Peacefulness has surrounded me. Just wish I had better eyesight.

ReplyDeleteI like E Banks. She's funny, is great on Modern Family and, the best part, she reminds me of Megan Hilty, whom I LOVE!
ReplyDeleteShe's definitely A list, between the amount of acting she does (including in the Hunger Games trilogy, which was huge), and producing the Pitch Perfect movies (and more), plus she's been nominated for Emmy awards three times. She's not as "in-your-face" as others might be, but she deserves an A listing.

ReplyDeleteJohn Cusack RUINED that movie. There is absolutely no reason Paul Dano couldn't have had that role to himself. Dano was cheated out of a true breakout role.

DeleteI agree, Cusack was miscast in Love And Maercy. I mean, it would have been a good job if (a) he wasn’t supposed to be Brian Wilson - without his 80s beard - and (b) it was a different film without Paul Dano. Cusack just paled in comparison. Dano completely embodied my mental image of late 60s Brian.
