This A list dancer turned B list mostly television actress had some decent roles on television. Back when she was a dancer for a permanent A++ lister he made her do some things with some people that she regretted. One of those people was a probably underage (no one knows for sure how old he was because no one is saying) A- list singer at the time. He basically quit the business after being with the A++ lister and the women the A++ lister would insist he sleep with. Later, our dancer turned actress had a falling out with the A++ lister. They didn't talk for years. One day, out of the blue they each called the other on the same day at almost the same time. Both insisted it was a sign from God and stayed in each other's lives until the A++ lister died.

Tevin Campbell was 13 or 14 when Prince produced his album. I remember when Tevin first hit the scene. Their is no way he could pass as an 18 year old.

If you look at old American bandstand episodes there was young kids on the show ... my aunt went on but she says she never remembered themyoung kids but we watch a few episodes n it creeped her out

DeleteWhat is wrong with MovieBuff? Just because a 14 year old and an 18 yr old go to the school, does not make it okay for them to have sex. At that age, there is a HUGE difference in physical & emotional maturity.
ReplyDeleteThere's a reason CA has a narrow exception for minors who engage in sexual activity. It's not criminal if they're both over 16 and within 2 years of each other. I think that's a good policy.

ReplyDeleteCan someone please explain the logistics of this to me? If you called someone at the same time, wouldn't the line be busy? You call someone while the phone is ringing? Or do they have multiple numbers and they're trying to reach each other through their "people"? Also, if one already called the other, it would cancel out the other's intentions because it already happened?
Or was it just like, "OMG! I was just going to call you!"

And it is not within the realm of the gossip on him to "make" people do things with other people, notoriously jealous though he didn't mind cheating himself. Moreover, she wasn't one of his backup dancers. He tried to give her a singing career. Again, not saying that OP isn't trying to point to these people in the BI, just that it doesn't fit IRL.
