Blind Item #11

This former A+ list mostly movie actress has tried to go the television route before. No matter how much money she might need, she can't do it though and bails. This time will be no different. There is no way she can work five days a week and be somewhere at a certain time each day. I think last time, she didn't even make it through one or two days of filming.

    2. I agree. A few years ago she was considered A+ but now I’d class her as B- and that’s being nice.

    3. She has been pretty relentless about being on TV and has just joined Suits.

    2. I think it just means having to show up to work everyday at a set time. TV had a much more consistent work structure than movies.

  12. I popped in to guess Meg Ryan; I’m not the first though. She started in TV, but her film career is dead and hasn’t done tv in a long time.

  13. Angela Bassett is currently starring and is exec producing Fox show 911. It is actually a very good show.

  21. @Annyoung Bluth -- Thank you, of course that is the most sensible reading.

@Green Tea -- It seems you and I both were trying to read too much into Enty's opaque communication style. But I appreciate knowing I wasn't the only one to have trouble with that phrase.

  22. Is someone considering putting Lindsay Lohan on tv? She bailed on the reality show oprah gave her years ago.

  23. Sounds like someone who has never been successful with a TV gig before. If so, that rules out anyone who started, successfully, on TV.

  25. I thought Halle Berry but I don't hear about any new show going on? She did have a TV show a science fiction show I heard was good but was too expensive to produce and only lasted two seasons.

  26. Not Halle, Angela, Christina, or Katherine. Halle EP'd a show (Extant) and was the star for 2 seasons. Angela is the EP/star of 911 and was on a season or 2 of AHS. Christina has been on multiple tv shows and all were canceled a few episodes in b/c of ratings. Katherine has primarily been doing tv for years & excepting Grey's (which she did for multiple years), all were canceled.
