Their acquisition strategy evolves with every new revelation. Their company had a big debut last year and everyone expects to capitalize on recent awards show buzz for acquisitions. One partner has seen Hollywood excess warts and all. He’s kept his nose clean, at least to this point. They timed their announcement to coincide with another high profile executive exit.
