Police arrested Cornell Iral Haynes Jr. professionally known as ‘Nelly’ this morning after a woman on his tour bus called authorities claiming she was raped. ‘Nelly’ performed Friday night at the White River Amphitheatre in Washington.

Officers say ‘Nelly’ went to Seattle afterwards and the woman returned with him and called police about 3:45 a.m. alleging the assault occurred on his bus. A police spokesperson says the bus was parked near the Walmart Supercenter on in the 700 block of Outlet Collection Way.

Officers say they had probable cause to arrest the rapper and he was booked into jail and charged with second degree rape.

Ralphie May Has Died

Ralphie May, the stand-up comedian who turned a second-place finish on Last Comic Standing which was the only season I watched, into a successful career in comedy, died Friday in Las Vegas. He was 45.

May died of cardiac arrest following a brief battle with pneumonia, Variety reports. In September, May canceled a string of dates from his Unruly stand-up tour due to illness.

"We are heartbroken to announce the untimely death of our friend, Ralphie May. Ralphie had been battling pneumonia and had cancelled a handful of dates over the last month in an effort to recover. Earlier this morning at a private residence in Las Vegas his body was discovered, cause of death is cardiac arrest," the comedian's rep said in a statement posted on Facebook.

"Two days ago he won the Casino Comedian of the Year at the Global Gaming Expo and had performances throughout the remainder of 2017 as part of his residency at Harrah's Las Vegas."

On September 22nd, after canceling a Colorado Springs concert, May wrote on Facebook, "I can't shake this bronchitis and the altitude is no joke."

Known for his distinct delivery and outsized personality and stage presence, May finished second on the inaugural season of Last Comic Standing in 2003. Over the next 15 years, the Arkansas-raised May went on to star in four Comedy Central comedy specials as well as a pair of Netflix specials, Imperfectly Yours and Unruly. In 2016, May appeared alongside Amy Schumer, another one-time Last Comic Standing contestant, in an Inside Amy Schumer sketch.

#1 - One of the more famous incidents of an actress stealing a role was documented on the site about 7 or 8 years ago. It got the at the time A+ list actress who stole the role an Academy Award. What is never mentioned about that role stealing is that the actress who was A list back in the day the role was stolen from had already slept with Harvey a handful of times to land the role. Hey, at least she has that hit almost television show and a gif that will last forever.

#2 - She swears she never slept with Harvey. I have known her about as long as any actress of any significance. I believe her. She has never been A+ list but has been A. Very tall. Oscar nominee/winner. I have written about her a lot. She said that Harvey had nude scenes of her spliced together and also other actresses. He would sit in his office and watch them on a loop and then have sex with actresses while the loop of the actresses played in the background.

#3 - Almost tied with the amount of time I have known #2, is this actress who is also an Academy Award winner/nominee and was A+ list at one point. Just like #2, you all know her. She told me that whenever she had a meeting with Harvey when she was just getting started he would make her sit in his lap and and if she didn't respond he would grab her breasts and start thrusting.

Over the years, this A- list mostly television actress from a very hit, very long running network show has attracted millions of fans. Every so often though, something pops up on the radar to make her not look quite as perfect as her fans want to believe she is. She was in the news this past week and she may be trying to get out ahead of a story, which is having new legs. It actually happened awhile ago, but didn't get the traction it is about to because there is talk of lawsuits.

Our actress befriended a tweener on Twitter and the next thing you know they were DM'ing each other. Kind of strange if you ask me. Anyway, our actress passed along a lot of dirt about a co-star who had just quit the show. The tweener didn't know she was supposed to keep it a secret and repeated it on social media. Our actress was ticked and her fans went after the tweener to the point where the tweener was on the verge of suicide. The staff and production of the show got involved and the little girl never has been on social media since. Apparently this is not the first time the actress has got involved online with tween girls. Again, kind of strange.

It is also interesting that this story is coming around again and the buzz of lawsuits just when the news broke this week.

Harvey Weinstein is preparing for an intense legal battle with both The New York Times and The New Yorker. The film and television mogul has reportedly hired a team of high-powered attorneys in preparation for upcoming investigative stories about his personal life.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, The New York Times has been calling many current and former employees of the executive’s production company, The Weinstein Co., from the past two decades to ask about his personal behavior. While nothing is known about what the newspaper is planning to publish, Weinstein is reportedly getting ahead of it by hiring a team of attorneys to defend him against possible allegations from women willing to go on the record. Meanwhile, former MSNBC host Ronan Farrow is reportedly doing a piece for The New Yorker involving similar claims against Weinstein.

Variety reports that the indie film producer has retained litigator David Boies as well as attorneys Lisa Bloom and Charles Harder so that he may be prepared to refute any claims against his character. Additionally, he's allegedly trying to retain Lanny Davis, a former special counsel to former president Bill Clinton, and various public relations firms.

Harvey likes to have sex with women other than his wife. My guess is the report is going to be about him being in a position of authority over several of those women.

Mark Salling Pleads Guilty To Child Porn

Former Glee actor Mark Salling has reached a deal with prosecutors to plead guilty to possession of child pornography.

The plea agreement filed Tuesday in federal court in Los Angeles states the actor is admitting he possessed images of prepubescent children. The agreement states a search warrant found more than 50,000 images of child porn on Salling's computer and a thumb drive.

Prosecutors and Salling have agreed to ask a judge to sentence the actor to a prison term between four to seven years. He will also be required to register as a sex offender, pay restitution and abide by restrictions on where he can live.

Salling's attorney Michael Proctor did not immediately return a message seeking comment.

Today's Blind Items - She Calls It "Roleplaying"

Over the past couple of months, this foreign born A-/B+ list actress has shown her true colors. I don't know if it was the election occurring in her home country or trying to make herself more likable with a certain segment of fans. Heck, it could just be her racist tendencies are finally coming out for the world to see. Lets be clear. She has always been racist. Unless she is paid an absolute ton of money she won't work with people of color. She has turned down big roles because she would have had to work with people of color. Big roles. Roles that got the actresses cast Academy Award wins and nominations.

People close to her have noticed she is becoming more publicly vocal about her beliefs. It is getting to the point where she is defending her racist beliefs but believes she is not racist. The items seen in public are one thing, but apparently behind closed doors with this boyfriend and a previous boyfriend she liked to bring these beliefs into the bedroom. She says it was just roleplaying and that it was not something she would do or say outside the bedroom. One friend who has heard the actress describe the sex games/roleplaying says the imagination of the actress is pretty vivid and also scary. The friend believes that because of what is going on in the world and in the country where our actress is from and the one where she lives, that she can be more free about expression.

She is going to end up causing herself to get no work in any project. Of course if they ever make that franchise she was in again, she will have great company with the lead and a co-star who feel exactly the same way she does. Maybe that is why they get along so well.

Kate Winslet To Star In Avatar Sequels

Kate Winslet will star in James Cameron’s upcoming “Avatar” sequels, reuniting with the director 20 years after they collaborated on the Academy Award-winning film “Titanic.”

Winslet will play a character named Ronal in the fantasy/science fiction films. Cameron has announced his 2009 film will have four sequels, but it is not clear how many films Winslet will be a part of.

“Kate and I have been looking for something to do together for 20 years, since our collaboration on 'Titanic,' which was one of the most rewarding of my career,” Cameron said, according to Deadline Hollywood. “I can’t wait to see her bring the character of Ronal to life.”

Cameron and Winslet worked together on the 1997 epic film “Titanic.” The movie was the highest-grossing film of all time until “Avatar” surpassed it. Winslet was nominated for the Best Actress Oscar for her portrayal of Rose DeWitt Bukater in the film but lost to Helen Hunt. She won the coveted award in 2009 for “The Reader” after being nominated five times previously.

The “Avatar” sequel will also star Zoe Saldana, CCH Pounder, Sam Worthington, Stephen Lang and Sigourney Weaver, who all acted in the first film, Variety reported. The first sequel is slated to premiere in Dec.  2020 then another in Dec. 2021. The other two are scheduled to premiere in Dec. 2024 and Dec. 2025.

Pauley Perrette Leaving 'NCIS'

Pauley Perrette confirmed she is leaving "NCIS."

The 48-year-old confirmed rumors she is exiting the CBS series after 16 years. She played forensic scientist Abby Sciuto.

So it is true that I am leaving NCIS after this season," Perrette announced on Twitter Wednesday morning.

She continued, "There have been all kinds of false stories as to why (NO I DON'T HAVE A SKIN CARE LINE AND NO MY NETWORK AND SHOW ARE NOT MAD AT ME!)."

Perrette said the decision was made last year.

"I hope everyone will love and enjoy EVERYTHING ABBY not only for the rest of this season but for everything she has given all of us for 16 years," she wrote.

The actress concluded, "All the love, all the laughter, all the inspiration...I love her as much as you do."
