Nothing like the fear of testifying under oath about who you are having a relationship with to get this A-/B+ list actress/singer to drop everything against her soon to be ex.

    She doesn't want to testify under oath who she is cheating on David Otunga with. So she dropped her case for custody against him.

    Who would she be cheating with, that she'd worry so much it would cause a scandal? I'm thinking married politician or A list star. Either way, she'd better be getting paid off for her silence.

    Other than one movie, can someone please explain why Jennifer Hudson is a celeb? She seems very one and done.

    Wasn't there a blind recently that either implied or revealed that she had cozied up to Harvey Weinstein? Maybe that's what she didn't want to have to testify about?

    She has also been linked to a gospel music singer/producer. For the secular world it's no big deal, but if a Christian music person is found to be having an affair with an engaged woman could ruin his career.
