Awwww, it is cute when people see words but are too stupid to figure out why they were written. This is why Russians post Fake News on Facebook and achieve their desired goals.
Everyone is allowed to use the word nigger or nigga, whether it is the text book definition of the word or the slang versions. Secondly trying to make the word bad and banning it is what is making people continue to use it. Want people to stop using it? Stop making a big deal out of it.
Might also help if those offended by it stopped using it themselves.
Personally i dont agree with giving people words. Taking the worst words off the list just creates new worst words that have to be erradicated. I'm too damn old to learn the latest trigger words every couple years.

I have no idea who the F this dude is... but DJ Cassidy. I am assuming he is using the N word like 'hey my n***a' and not with the ER (as in not in a racist manner)...thinking he is entitled to use it. He was a DJ for Obamas, Bey/J...etc. And he's pretty white lookin'
doesn't sound like Diplo.... he is apart of Major Lazer. Sure he's been accused of culture appropriation, but if anything I think he appreciates black culture. I'd be shocked to hear he was dropping racist N words. Soft "a" however, I could see that.
