ReplyDeletePaul Manafort wants out from under house arrest desperately. He is wearing Fed jewelry at the moment. His wife is not and all their physical assets are tied up in bond. She is probably swarming everyone she knows to insure his freedom at the moment, before trial.
Plus, the disgraced pol could be a number of Republicans at this point.
Enty could be mistaking Manafort for foreign born as many people do.

ReplyDeletemarc danger: Wow! You really know how to go there, don't you?! Has anyone actually SEEN Mr. Soros lately? Ms. Bolton, a yoga devotee, twisted herself into knots to land him. She was up against a Brazilian looney tunes George had strung along for years making promises he had no intention of keeping. When he kicked her out of bed, literally, she took him to court. Lost, of course, but at least she gave it her best shot. I don't think she is going to jeopardize losing the golden cow for a human one. Great guess though!!!

@Boo, its Soros. He is old as dirt and knows he can't pull off the Hugh Heffner thing for too much longer, despite his billions. I don't think that he cares what the wife does---as long as its not with another man. Tamiko is young enough to be his great grand daughter. One really good round of sex and she could probably end him with a heart attack.
ReplyDeleteI doubt that she views him as the golden cow. Soros was sued by his previous wife for a lot of money after he divorced her. He's not stupid. He has a prenup with the current wife. He knows that he's ugly and that she married him for the money and the luxury life. But it has already been made known to her that most of his wealth goes to 'charity' upon his death, and he's grooming Alex to take over and run the empire with what's left of the money so she's only with him for what she can get out of him now. In fact, Soros (allegedly) already gave away the majority of his money earlier this year to his NGOs and other political organizations.

ReplyDeleteThe only problem with your thesis there is that the Muslim Brotherhood is from Egypt, not Indian (which is where Abedin's family is from) and not Saudi Arabia (where Abedin spent her childhood at a British foreign school.) Abedin was also born in the USA and bother her parents lived here for long periods. So, back to the drawing board. Maybe you can built a connection between Huma and another Muslim extremist group? I don't doubt you have it in you.
John Doe: You obviously know your way around. I still don't believe it is Tamiko. ittt has it right. You don't have to be from Egypt to be a member of the Brotherhood. They are present in all Muslim countries.
ReplyDeleteTamiko has no Muslim ties. Her mother is Japanese and her father a decorated American military man. Soros gave his last wife an incredibly generous divorce settlement. Nancy Pelosi and Bono were guests (and present) at his marriage to Tamiko. It is Huma for all the reasons listed above.
That said, his father's (Tivadar) book, Masquerade, is one of the best books written about Hungary during WWII. Whether you believe George worked for the Nazis or not, it is definitely worth reading.
I used to attend the lectures at Open Society when they were on 58th St. Met incredible professors and writers. Never saw Soros, but his staff is top rate. That was a long time ago.
