May I say that the very thought of Ted Cruz and Ann Coulter making the beast with two backs is easily the most disgusting visual I have encountered to date.

I could see almost all of the politicians cheating on their spouses. It might be easier to guess who is not cheating. That would be a much shorter list.
I don't think its McCain at this stage of his life because of his age, cancer, meds and money is his wife's. I just don't see a octogenarian with cancer who likely will not live out another year prioritizing cheating right now. I have known 2 people (2 decades younger than McCain) with that variety of cancer Neither made it beyond 15 months from diagnosis. He should resign, but narcissists rarely do what's beneficial to others.

Huckabee would be very gossipy intel, but I think he would have a relationship with a cheeseburger before a woman, so I doubt it's him.
Guiliani and Newt are serial cheaters who married mistresses so that's not particularly interesting.
