Blind Item #2

A few years ago it seemed like a natural move for this network news anchorish type person to leave for a cable network. It turns out though, the network wanted him gone after an in house child porn investigation.

  1. Rafael--Hannity has been at Fox News for years so it's not him.

    Olbermann?

I hate that the station didn't out him.

  6. considering that the daily caller reported that trolls are systematically attacking cnn anchors, accusing them of child porn and pedophilia, i think this blind is suspicious. the daily caller is ultra conservative, founded by tucker carlson, so if they're outing this attack program rather than defending it, it says a lot.

  7. I have no idea, but it's sad that it isn't just one blatantly obvious person and instead, there's quite a few from which to choose.

  8. @DK is probably right. I don't know anything about this guy, his wiki page makes him look the part:

"On February 10, 2017, Elliott announced on-air that he would be leaving CBSN, but stated that "knowing how things work around here, I may see you again on Monday morning". Elliott had been told by an executive that CBS had desired to place him in a larger role as a field correspondent, under which he would have filed reports for CBS's television news programs. However, CBS executives were caught off-guard by the abrupt announcement, and were unaware of any plans for him to be promoted from CBSN.[17][18][19] On February 13, 2017, Elliott was fired."

  9. CBSN isn't a cable channel, so that doesn't really work. Cuomo is a good guess. "Anchorish" fits, as he was the news anchor for Good Morning America, and he left "a few years ago" to go to CNN.

  10. On the Tapper side, he was inexplicably denied the position as host of "This Week" - twice - while on ABC. He then left for CNN, which raises suspicions as to why he didn't get the job on "This Week" but also made his move to CNN seem like a natural move.

  11. @SDaly, I had no idea that CBSN wasn't on cable. Clearly I haven't missed it.

  12. In-house investigation .....ugh. Angers me that they let him go, but didn't turn him in. Equivalent to covering for this sicko.

  13. I'm going with Jake Tapper on this one.
He's made some very strange and curious comments
regarding pedophilia allegations about others this past year.

According to the Wikileaks email dump, Tapper was on the Clinton Global Initiative payroll.

He was also a regular at that restaurant in DC
where a singer named Majestic Ape
with a band called Heavy Breathing sings about raping children.
Tapper has said it's one of his favorite restaurants.

Tapper's wife had a profile in the Washingtonian
where she states her favorite restaurant is that same restaurant.

And of course, Kathy Griffin got into the mix a few weeks back.

Here's a November 29, 2017 TWEET from Kathy Griffin to Jake Tapper:

  14. I don't know if it's Tapper, but I think I saw that Tapper's out this morning. That's been coming. But that one thing I won't name is still debunked.

  16. I know it's not him, but this reminds me of Glenn Beck leaving Fox News.

  17. John Roberts went from CBS to Fox, as I recall.

  18. Olberman is my guess. He just left his gig VERY unexpectedly saying he felt Trumps demise was imminent (yeahhhh no on that) and he was leaving the Resistance to keep fighting or some shit like that. And he is a major asshat.

  19. I think Fake Jake sold his soul for rock and roll a while back. BUT! It's hard for me to fathom that the human being who(that?) wrote "The Outpost" could exist as an actual monster. Ehh.
