Well here...and the fappening, Lainey, d-listed, a lot of American newspaper sites, the DM (heh), a few sportspage sites and the 4 major sports official sites.
Same here lurky...and bleacher report, cdan once again (like so many), nypost & daily mail which are sister sites. Thanks to enty, I found the DM & read their US/UK/AUS regular and celebrity sites, travelocity and travel blogs as we are gypsies @ heart, realitysteve as the bachelor franchise is my guilty pleasure & i almost did the show back in the beginning - NEVER would now!! Tmz, imdb, radar online, people and usmagazine and tvline, plus daytime confidential and plenty of news sites...
Definitely Blame It on Rio. The Director is the right age and had A list credentials, but was past his prime. The A List actor “DRS” aka Dirty Rotten Scoundrel Michael Caine. According to Wikipedia it is based on a French film. The lead actress was “cast” at 16, but was filmed when 17. She received permission from a judge to film her nude scenes. Demi was A+ list from TV (General Hospital) who shortly after this movie became powerful enough didn’t have to sleep with anyone for roles and has well documented addiction issues. Big Cheese: Larry Gelbart who was a producer on the film and is the creator and producer of M*A*S*H. Lead actress was from Phoenix and prepping for a modeling career when spotted and signed to star in the film. Was married to MLB player Matt Williams from 1999 through 2002 with no film credits. Starred in a movie in 2004 and nothing since.
I visit reddit.com in the morning for news. I used to visit CDAN once every few months or so when I couldn't sleep. Last week I was sick with the flu and started visiting daily. Now unfortunately it's become a bit addicting. I have a suggestion for you. Can you add a section where you link to another page on your blog and list of some of your commonly used acronyms or other jargon for newbies. It took me awhile to figure out that PMK = Pimp Mama (Kris) Kardashian! Who would've thought!
Way too many to name, but if I could make one recommendation it would be The Atlantic Monthly, and esp. James Fallows, who I think is one of the best journalists working.
The editor of my blog complained that I used a lot of double negatives. He said that was a no no.
