Blind Items Revealed - Revisited
Good to know that every one is finally on board with that Sylvester Stallone story. Most of you guessed the blind correctly two years ago and I revealed it 18 months ago.

This actor is probably permanently A+ list. He is not that great of an actor but somehow is a multiple Academy Award winner/nominee.He is getting up there in age. Hitting a big birthday this year. Back in the day he was cruising for teens. He always went looking for them. The younger the better, He especially loved going to states that have really young age of consent laws. Back when he was in his 40’s, he found a state that had an age of consent of 16. He would go to a mall or arcade and make a big entrance. People recognized him and swarmed him. He would find one or two of the female teens and take them to his hotel. They had to be 16 or 17. No one older. Anyway, one time he found a 16 year old and played his star card and she was soon joining him back at his hotel. At his hotel he brought out a surprise. She was going to have to have sex with the actor and his bodyguard. The bodyguard was a regular in these things. He was there to act as a witness and to make sure nothing happened to the actor. When it was over our actor threatened to kill the teen if she ever told anyone. Well, she did tell someone and went to the police. The police pressured her to say the encounter was consensual because they didn’t want to have any trouble with the actor. The police never even bothered to talk to the actor or the bodyguard. They just pressured the teen until she dropped the whole thing. She has lived with the emotional scars her entire life and is finally going to come out talking about it and what the actor and the bodyguard did to her.

Sylvester Stallone
I just read this on a news blog. Interesting!
ReplyDeleteI just read about this on Twitter. I really hate this one, because I loved Rocky. He was one of my childhood heroes.
ReplyDeleteThe Al Franken groping actually does not surprise me, but Sly does. Too bad.
What the hell is wrong with these people!!!!
I feel the same. Very disappointing. Rocky’s underdog story meant a lot to Philly.
DeleteI wonder if Philadelphia will tear down its Rocky staue now.
ReplyDeleteWith the current mayor, I have no doubt they will.
DeleteThe striking thing about this, like so many of these stories, is that someone like him could have gone into a bar and said, "Who wants to get it on with me and my bodyguard back at the hotel?" and had plenty of attractive volunteers. But that wasn't good enough. He had to find a young one, probably one that seemed nice and innocent and not the type to do something like that. It couldn't just be fun, it had to be degrading and take something away from her.
ReplyDeleteBlech. This has to be about power, control, and just blech.
ReplyDeleteI'm really sad about this one.
And +1 to Cail. It's not like these asshats would be wanting for companionship.
Cail, your words are so on point.
ReplyDeleteThe bodyguard, Mike De Luca, was shot and killed by police in 2013. They said he had a gun and was not cooperative so they shot him in self defense. However no gun was ever retrieved. Sounds suspicious.
ReplyDeleteThat the police were complicit and helped make it go away is horrifying. Whoever helped Sly get away with it needs to be held accountable as well.
ReplyDeleteAt this point I couldn’t care less if all of Hollywood just folded up. I refuse to spend anymore money on movie tickets, knowing it’s all going back to the fund and fuel the underbelly of society. Hollywood = human garbage
+1 MommaBear...I'm about to dump my Netflix, too.
ReplyDeleteThis comes as no surprise. Those of you who were old enough to read back in the 90s will remember those Holywood expose books that were written by prostitutes-to-the-stars. Sly was ALWAYS front-and-center in these stories. Bob Evans and Don Simpson were two others. The things these gals had to go through for those big bucks! Who could possibly be next? Rush Limbaugh? Billy Graham? The Pope? They're running out of people, yo.
ReplyDeleteAgree completely with MommaBear. I never go to the movies anymore. These people are pure trash.
ReplyDeleteJust think, as disgusted as you are now -- this is still just the tip of the iceberg. By the time all the secrets are out, Americans might march on Hollywood and burn it to the ground.
ReplyDeleteIf you think this just happens in Hollywood then you are either incredibly naive or not too bright. People w/ power have abused others since the dawn of time. It's not okay. It's a good thing that people (men and women) are speaking up now to prevent future abuse of power. It's imperative that these victims don't feel attacked or shamed. There are Good people and bad people in every facet of life. We are only talking about Hollywood and politicians because they are in the public eye.
DeleteThese blinds make me feel better about all the downloading I've done in the past, that's for sure. Fuck you Hollywood.
ReplyDeleteAlso +1 to Cail. That's what gets me - the sadism inherent in so many of these (I hesitate to call them) men. Men who could easily have consensual (or hired) threesomes, foursomes, dirty highjinks ... whatever. But no, the thrill is apparently in coercion, in sexual humiliation and in wielding the pettiest of power over very young people. Makes me think that there's something inherent in the psyche of actors and related professions - a basic lack of empathy combined with a narcissism which is always based on a giant well of insecurity. These people are forced to pretend to be heroes because IRL they are pathetic broken creeps and losers who are unable to form adult, intimate bonds with anyone.
Between movies and music, I have saved thousands on purchases. I will say that if I really enjoy a movie or music, I will purchase it, but blindly spending money on stuff that I don’t know is good is over.

ReplyDeleteI agree with Cail.
ReplyDeleteI have thought a lot about the sexual abuse lately and talked with my husband (who is the exact opposite of these people)about it. He doesn't understand it either and says he had no idea there were so many people in the world like this.
These are my thoughts:
1. These people want power. There is something wrong inside them and they want to overpower others.
2. The men are misogynists. They do not see women as equal beings regardless what they might say to the contrary.
3. The only way to stop it, is to ostracize completely anyone engaging in it. No forgive and forget. No rehab. You cross the line and you are outta here.
4. Most of the men are super ugly (except Sly in his earlier years). They are rich and famous and I would never date any of them nor touch them with a ten foot pole.
And I agree with Ricky. These people ARE narcissists. Not just with the characteristics either, I think they are all full blown Narcissistic Personality Disorder cases which to my knowledge do not get better even with therapy.
ReplyDeleteRant over...
Dog Mom ... I'd say the constant pandering to and protection of successful actors when they begin to cross boundaries would bring out the absolute worst in that kind of personality. Once they figure they can get away with anything, well, that's exactly what they feel able to do. Anything. They learn they are not constrained by normal social and legal boundaries as they were when they were nobodies and quickly become utterly degenerate.
ReplyDeleteI have just one question: How the hell does Enty know these things? This blind is exactly as the scandal says in every minute detail.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Cail on this one. Back in the day, he could have gotten any woman that he wanted----even without asking. I'm not understanding the need for raping and threatening people. Then again, he wanted 16 year old girls....not women.
@John Doe it seems that Enty either had access to the police report, saw it himself, or knew someone that had access or had seen it
DeleteThanks Rinky.
ReplyDeleteSO why protect them? Only two reasons I can see. 1. Money- they are a product to market and cash in on. 2. Their protectors share their deviancies. They understand it and think oh good another person like me.
The protectors need to be held accountable too and that is tricky.
Dog Mom - I think most of it is financial. There's also the desire to protect the institutions reputation from damage, which again tracks back in the end to protecting their financal interests. Nearly all institutions deal the same way with massive rape or abuse scandals - they close ranks, they block or malign whistleblowers, they call victims liars or attention seekers, they protect the guilty and pretend nothing happened. They don't want to splashback of reputational and financial damage that comes from admitting they fucked up or enabled criminal behavior. Same with everything from Hollywood to the Catholic Church to Scientology to the BBC with Savile and co. to Parliament to the the various social services who allowed pedophiles to work and operate within their ranks.
ReplyDeleteI know how she feels, poor thing. Let’s hope he gets what’s coming to him.
ReplyDelete@John Doe, this article was originally published in Feb. 2016. Several months before the BI. Notice, another Marty Singer client. Enty probably has LexisNexis.

I never heard of this story about his poor sister - unbelievable!! Come on!! This guy should have never worked another day after these two allegations. But, after going down the Reddit wormhole into Kubric's death, I am speechless. Crazy days and nights indeed.
DeleteDo you have a link? Fascinated by Kubrick stuff. Thanks!
DeleteWe're getting a glimpse at how pervasive the corruption is, and how realistic complaints of, "Why didn't she say something then?" are. Here's another one that did. The two policemen who happened to be at the desk when this girl came in surely had no particular orders regarding her. But they knew how the system works. As soon as they heard the famous name, they knew that signing their names on a rape report could have negative effects on one's career, and making it go away could bring rewards.
ReplyDeleteYou can imagine her going up and down the street trying to talk to police and reporters, and as soon as they hear the name, their faces go hard and they turn away. It's like something out of a bad movie.
Let's not forget that it isn't just Hollywood. This goes on in every industry on earth, and (potentially) any system where there's a hierarchy: Silicon Valley, Wall Street, government, patriarchy, religion, education, social castes, any company, any mailroom, any shop on the corner, etc. etc. The recent shifts in tolerance, we can hope, will lead to change in all of these worlds...
ReplyDelete16 legal in Nevada, no big deal.
ReplyDeleteIf coaxing a broad into sex is illegal, no one would get laid.
Was the bkdyguars Chuck Zito?
Cail, I agree with so much of what you and the others have said. The thought of supporting any Hollywood product is sickening. KRZ-too true, no profession is exempt.
ReplyDeleteIMO the perps need to have their junk sawed off with a rusty jagged knife and shoved down their throats...or let them be tried in Malayisia or Indonesia...
ReplyDeleteI don’t know. Rocky is fictional. He is not Stallone. I know Kenney is super liberal, so am I, but I think this is a different situation. He would never shut down the Mummers and they are way worse than some statue.
ReplyDeleteWhile abuses of power do happen in all industries and walks of life, it would be a mistake to think it's equally bad everywhere. Hollywood stars have a combination of fame and tremendous wealth that gives them power matched by few others. The average businessman or manager may make a pass at his secretary, but if she reports him, the authorities and the cops and the town newspapers and TV reporters won't all squelch the story to protect him. He just doesn't have that kind of power to punish or reward. It seems anyone B-list or better in Hollywood does.
ReplyDeleteOne thing Hollywood preaches is that we're all screwed up, especially sexually, especially our families and communities. See movies like American Beauty (with Kevin Spacey, ironically). But the truth is, plenty of families and communities aren't hiding terrible secrets, and plenty of people aren't suppressing vile desires. Some are, of course. But many are just decent people living good lives. That's a story they don't tell much anymore, for some reason.
Good job Enty. What a jerk...
ReplyDeleteBayAreaGirl demonstrated that his spokesWOMAN is a liar... “This is a ridiculous, categorically false story," Michelle Bega, spokeswoman for 71-year-old Stallone said in a statement to ET, adding that Stallone says "It never happened." "No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone.
ReplyDeleteHe was 40 years old doing this to a 16 year old. It's the Hollywood power structure that promotes and protects these behaviors. The same power structure exists in politics and in religious power structures. It's the devaluing of the feminine. Of innocence. Of integrity. My city just elected our first female mayor and honestly I think everyone is tired of certain men having all the power. There are many decent men who work hard are loving ,tolerant ,and kind but I'm so scared for my young child in this world.
ReplyDeleteHis sister also accused him of raping her. What a sick pervert.
ReplyDeleteAnyone wonder if any British actors are involved in these scandals I cannot find any. Would it be because they were adults before they hit Hollywood so weren't abused as kids. Just a thought
ReplyDeleteFun fact - wayyyyy back in time when Sly was making one of his early movies, I lived in the town where it was being filmed. I was a young teen and lived in a house with a bunch of other young teens girls (under 16) for reasons that don't matter.
ReplyDeleteThe entire group of teens were invited to have dinner with Sly - think photo op type of dinner. There were maybe a dozen of us. The adults who were responsible for us never left our side and the dinner was over VERY abruptly. As in, I don't think we even got dessert. We were just told it was time to leave and then pushed out the door and driven back to our house.
The next day, several investigators (trust me, we knew investigators and cops regardless of what they were wearing) came to the house and talked to the staff that were present and even called in several of the staff who were off duty at the time (but at the dinner). Some of us sat in the smoking room which was near where they were holed up, trying to find out what the hell was up, but we came up with nothing.
I was always puzzled by what had happened and how odd that dinner was. I read this reveal and of course the light bulb clicked.
Thank goodness the staff responsible for us were smart, caring adults. We were a bunch of very vulnerable girls and would have been easy pickings for nefarious purposes.
Wow gobsmacked to be honest , It seems that allot of these Big Stars have ignored the rumors and turned a blind eye for too long. They are fast enough coming out with their story or saying they knew about it going on when it was all over the news . Like their own little publicity stunt yet they did nothing to stop it happening again to anyone else. I think its terrible as they have just allowed it to go on when it could have been stopped if enough people had the decency to report it.
ReplyDeleteaanj. you were so lucky thank goodness for caring people. We get ads in local papers when there is a movie, tv, talent contest looking for extras just turn up and wait your turn. I wonder if something goes down then?
ReplyDeleteAn old school friend of mine I know went into a caravan trailer because she was looking to meet a famous DJ she was not the only one, was warned but ignored those warnings she was 14. The inevitable happened. Did she learn nope. Worked for someone back in the day who is a worldwide known mogul now that time rang her then boyfriend who got her out in time she says, mogul to be was high and carrying scissors.
I think the reason so many people in power inevitably abuse others through sexual aggression (rape, harassment, groping etc.) is that the position of power that they have attained always seems to be slipping away from them. There is always someone younger and hungrier breathing down their necks and the quickest fix for these creeps to affirm their power is to take it away from somebody else. It’s a desperate attempt to feel powerful and important and the awful truth is that it never works anyway. They may get a momentary high off of humiliating someone else but, in the long run, these very same abuses are going to wind up taking these people down, ruining their careers and tarnishing their legacy. There is no excuse for these behaviors. There are other options for dealing with one’s insecurities that don’t involve traumatizing teens and degrading and intimidating coworkers. There, done venting for now.
ReplyDeleteIt's a chicken/egg question. Does near-absolute power turn decent people into abusers? If I were to become rich and famous enough that I could sleep with a new pair of willing 18-year-old 10's every night, would I eventually get bored with that and decide I need to make a 16-year-old cry to get off? I hope not, but obviously I've never lived that life to find out. I'd like to think we're not good onlly because we don't have more opportunities to be evil.
ReplyDeleteOr egg: are abusive people drawn to the industry and somehow recognized and promoted by others, so that they end up overrepresented among the most powerful? Maybe the casting couch doesn't just filter out the most moral, but also lets the evil mogul spot those who embrace the corruption, so they can be given a hand up. That happens in other organizations like the Catholic Church, where perverts protected and promoted each other so their numbers grew.
Is there a correlation between cruelty and on-screen charisma? People diss Stallone's acting, but you can't deny he's got screen presence. You can watch similar action movies -- even movies starring his brother Frank -- and that's just not there. Are decent people just boring to watch, at least in some types of roles? I dunno.
When I was a teen in Los Angeles we definitely knew about him cruising teens that we knew. Also, the eggplant is supposedly Japanese eggplant, if you know what I mean.
ReplyDeleteCail - Love Your Brain
ReplyDeleteaanjheni, thanks for sharing your story. I hope you are well now I agree with what others have said. Thank goodness you had caring people protecting you.
ReplyDeleteCail, interesting post. Hollywood is such a cutthroat business that it takes a special personality to make it. I can imagine having to build a thick skin to desensitize yourself to harsh publicity, public shaming for normal weight gain, and other types of bullying that really has an effect on one's personality. They seem to be surrounded by either a bunch of yes men/women or victims of viscous online bullying. I hope they have real friends who can give them a true perspective on things.
@Bobby Digital, I own hundreds of CDs and DVDs, nearly all of which were purchased on Ebay or thrift stores (I say "nearly all", because some were given to me). I haven't been to a cinema in decades. I download movies/TV shows to a portable hard drive that I watch via my BluRay player.
ReplyDeleteNeither the recording or film industry has made money off of me in a long, long, time. I don't see that changing any time soon.

ReplyDelete@Cail Corishev Probably the second. Look at the backflips the Jewish community go to bury everything every time a Rabbi molests a young kid - especially during bar / bat mitzvah schooling. There are more than a few stories and they always get buried fast.
ReplyDeleteI remember reading that Stallone started out in porn. He was fairly open about it, as I recall. Just something you did on the way to mainstream success.
ReplyDeleteShe went back to his hotel with him and he treated her like a whore - that's not rape or assault. Sorry.
ReplyDeleteStallone attempted misdirection with his "Robert Evans" nonsense
ReplyDeletethe rocky star was at the producers house and he saw some casting couch pics
he was shocked so shocked!!!! so he left the house immediately
Rocky should have stayed in the freezer, beating his meat.
ReplyDelete
