Blind Item #2 - Himmmm

I want you to have before it comes out in the media and courts this coming Spring 2018. It is a major criminal and civil action filed by the wife of a big California Republican politician.  It will involve #1 #2, #3, and others.  This is very real.  I've gotten permission to share this, but I'm not allowed to share the name of the woman or her husband yet. I was told I can share that with you a month prior to their filing going public.  It'll be huge I promise.

#1 - Permanent A list singer from a permanent A list group
#2 - The manager of #1 and many many many others.
#3 - Top 3 entertainment mogul. You don't mess with him.

  1. probably wrong, but i've been hoping arianna huffington would do something to out michael huffington's illegal activities and associates. she's an ex-wife tho, and has 2 daughters with him so not likely to shame him further. but she sure is positioned to.

  11. I'm unclear on something...is the wife of the politician a lawyer will file a civil suit, or a prosecutor who will fuel criminal charges on behalf of one of the three parties (#1), OR is she filing a suit on behalf of herself through an attorney, and the naming all three of the individuals as Defts/Respondents?

  15. Her name is Mary Bono and she replaced Sonny Bono as a US Representative after his death, then she ran for office in a different district and won in her own right.

  16. let's break it down: she's married to a politician who would be image conscious. the primaries for state elections are in june... could these charge be timed to coincide with that? he's either not up for re-election, is not afraid of controversy, or is hoping that this will boost his agenda.

the wife must have personally been the victim of, or the parent of the victim of crime/s committed by the 3.

  17. Irving Azoff/Don Henley? I really, really hope not.

  20. Or maybe we're just overthinking this and it's Maria Shriver filing something against Geffen for being a pig with one of her kids and my money is on Patrick.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Could be, jes70, but Patrick's an adult so he would be the one filing.

What's the statute of limitations in California for rape? If it's a criminal case, she must have evidence and it has to be have been recent-ish I would guess.

  22. When Arnold was governor, Geffen made a $150 million dollar donation to a medical facility.

Arnold and Maria’s divorce isn’t finalized was recently reported.

  23. Dunno, but according to TMZ, Ah-nold and Maria are still married: http://www.tmz.com/2017/11/02/arnold-schwarzenegger-maria-shriver-not-divorced/

  25. Apparently there is no statute of limitations on rape in California any more. Hm.

Himmmm, can you give us any more clues, please?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Can't see it being Steve Tyler at all.

    ReplyDelete
  27. If this is Geffen, I almost feel that the woman HAS to be Maria Shriver. She's an investigative journalist. She wouldn't file anything without a boatload of legwork and she's well trained to do that. Also, going up against Geffen would take an equally strong force/family name and nothing is more of a force than a Kennedy. It would be a battle for the ages and man, I'm here for it and popping the popcorn....

    ReplyDelete
  28. Yes. himmmm more clues if possible. Like, is the politician still involved in politics? when was the last time the band toured together? has the singer done any solo albums? is it relevant to the recent onslaught of allegations in hollywood? just a few ideas

    ReplyDelete
  29. Although Maria Shriver and her daughter promote women's empowerment issues, I don't think it would be her or her family members. I think she is strong enough, wealthy enough, and has enough of her own personal connections and status to have dealt with it before now if it pertained to her personally. Also, I assume Arnold would go after someone who harmed his family at the time it happened, not years later. He is too ego driven to allow someone (else) to harm his kids or wife.

    ReplyDelete
  30. CA Congressman Darrell Issa is extremely shady. Maybe this involves him. That's all I've got!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Maria and Geffen but I’m stumped on the others.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Jon Bon Jovi is a personal friend of Arnold’s.

    ReplyDelete
  33. i think moussemaker nailed it.

it's gonna be an a-list singer who seems capable of a sex crime, most likely against the child of the poliitician.

steven tyler is using again and has always been a pedo. that makes larry rudolph the manager and geffen the mogul (guilty of enabling and/or attempting to cover it up).

so it's a republican politician with a teenaged daughter.

  37. This is not necessarily a case about child abuse/sexual assault. It could be about anything..embezzlement, etc.

  38. It could be about anything but does anyone really think an A list singer in a perm A list band is going to be embezzling from someone else? Can't see it.

    ReplyDelete
  40. @Krab Keep in mind that a lot of major stars either run foundations or have a major hand in charities, so there is that.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I get the impression it is something or somethings that happened a long time ago, not recently. Because it involves 3 different big deal characters, I agree it might be about something they perpetrated together. Like someone else said, it doesn't have to be about child abuse. It could be financial improprieties or sexually abusing adults or murder...duh duh duh

IS that true that there is no statute of limitations on rape in CA? I thought the Corey Feldman case was dropped b/c of time limitations.

    ReplyDelete
  44. i'm just using occam's razor, looking for the simplest answer, and i'm not remotely confident that i'm anywhere close to right!

you hear about a grown woman suing an a list singer for something. he wouldn't be embezzling her...he's probably rich and not a business person.

as the wife of a republican politician, she's image-conscious and i don't see her suing anyone for anything unless she is out of her mind livid and wants blood. that tells me she's protecting her child.

and like i said, this is all imagined, we have zero facts yet.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Speaking of one of the singers Azoff manages, Lindsay Buckingham is in the news now because of a new book that is out this month on Stevie Nicks, "Gold Dust Woman." It details how Buckingham mentally and physically abused Stevie. I'm not sure how new these revelations are.

    ReplyDelete
  46. If it's child abuse case, I'd say maybe Mick Jagger as permanent A singer...But criminal and civil action, it can be anything, I'm confuuuused.

  47. do tell: steven tyler's been called a pedo for years. he supposedly had the parents of his then 14-yr-old girlfriend sign over guardianship to him in 1975. and his obsession with alicia silverstone raised eyebrows for a time.

i'm not a fan of nunes, find him extremely opportunistic and shady, which is why he came to my mind first. brace yourselves for my very controversial statement here, my republican friends: he is running for re-election in 2018. this lawsuit would give him a sympathy votes, especially trying to bring down a likely left-wing entertainment-world pedophile.

i find it odd that the charges are on ice until right before the primaries.

Because of that, he could be in for a tough time hanging onto his job next fall, and causing a big splashy stir for sympathy votes as you suggested is easy to imagine.

@krab thanks for the info. so, there is no statute on rape, but there is on sexual assault??? That seems strange. I just reread an article about Corey Feldman's reporting sex assault to the LAPD last week and it mentions LAPD can do nothing since the time limit ran out.

This stuff is so disgusting and I had no idea how pervasive it was until the last year or so. A childhood friend's dad was arrested for this stuff recently and no one had any idea at all. The FBI was investigating child pornography and he was caught up in that. I went to their house as a kid and never would have guessed. They are wealthy, educated and upstanding.

  58. Well if you look at “...a month before THEIR filing...” that tells me that they’re in it together - the husband and wife. Do any of the politicians have underaged boys?

    ReplyDelete
  59. My first instinct was Maria Shriver and Ahhhnold - technically still married, no?

Have no idea who the others are, but am looking forward to the takedown mentioned in the blind.

    ReplyDelete
  60. The statute of limitations has been removed for rape in the state of CA, but it only applies to rapes committed as of the date of the new law, it does not apply backwards to crimes already committed. However, I believe the civil liability statute was backdated, especially in cases with DNA evidence on file, but I'm not entirely sure. So you can sue someone for rape 20 years ago but you can't send them to jail for it. OJ was found liable for those two murders in a civil case, but he was never found guilty in a criminal case. Hope that makes sense.

    ReplyDelete
  61. I think the Maria/Arnold guesses are wrong. Who refers to Arnold as "a big California Republican politician"? That would have only been accurate while he was governor. He's been out of office and politics for almost 7 years. This reads like someone who is a politician currently in office. "Big" makes me think it has to be a member of congress or the governor.

Why would Maria wait until spring 2018 to file charges? Why would anyone wait that long? Unless they are running for re-election and this filing is going to be used to help them, which is really gross if we're talking about child rape (i.e. using that to help yourself politically). But people are gross so I shouldn't be surprised.

This shouldn't be hard because there aren't too many "big" republican politicians in California that are currently in office. I would think they would have to be members of congress. Would you call a member of the state assembly or state senate a "big" politician? I wouldn't. Especially in california where we have so many of them.

The governor of CA is a democrat.
Both of CA's senators are democrats.
There are 13 male republican representatives (& 1 female):

    Doug LaMalfa
    Tom McClintock
    Paul Cook
    Jeff Denham
    David Valadao
    Devin Nunes
    Kevin McCarthy
    Steve Knight
    Ed Royce
    Kevin Calvert
    Dana Rohrabacher
    Darrell Issa
    Duncan Hunter

    Thoughts?

  62. Up for re-election in 2018:

  63. @forSure: good call, very true.
As I was told: "Unless...it is a RICO-level case whereby the old original crime has elements of it still "on going" and in the original criminal case - the perp was convicted of PART of the charges from the incidents. The limitation statute does not apply if other/ongoing crimes have continued. Especially when it grows from State to Federal courts and has technically never been a closed case at the Federal level."
Confusing? Yes. Written by a lawyer? Yes. Possibly the original charges/case are just an anchor or toe-hold for something bigger. Because the whole thing is H-U-G-E.

Sorry the blind is sooooooo opaque.
I'm checking to see what more can be told/revealed. The crux of the original crime is public anyway, and the politicians/victims involved are not the answer. The criminals are. This one is tricky.
Will try and get you more clues thru the weekend.

    ReplyDelete
  64. My second shot in the dark---and I think I've got it this time:

The big California Republican politician is actually a former politician---Arnold Schwartznegger, the wife is of course Maria.
The permanent A list singer from a permanent A list group is Axl Rose/Guns N Roses
    The manager is Irving Azoff
    The mogul is David Geffen.

Axl has a past with underage girls
    https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/news/general_music_news/how_axl_rose_avoided_statutory_rape_charge_from_a_15-year-old_girl.html

GnR scored a song on the soundtrack for another of Arnie's big movies (Terminator 2). He invited the band to his house for dinner in 1991 to negotiate the deal. http://loudwire.com/guns-n-roses-use-your-illusion-i-ii-album-anniversary/

Axl again scored one of the songs on the soundtrack for another of Schwartznegger's movies (End of Days) eight years later in 1999.

So, one might say that Arnie had an ongoing professional relationship with Axl Rose. I posit that there were other visits to the Schwartznegger home, and during one of these visits Axl possibly had some type of sexual encounter with one of Maria's then very underaged daughters.

    So watcha think about that?

    ReplyDelete

  65. @for sure
your explanation perfectly explains the law. thank you!

    ReplyDelete
  66. I'd think many people would still consider Arnold a "big" (in two ways) California Republican politician, so I wouldn't count him out entirely. Not living in California myself, he certainly came to mind before anyone else mentioned here.

The fact that the wife is filing alone is interesting. Are any of these guys married to women with kids from previous marriages? If it's not about a kid, perhaps the wife herself was raped, perhaps when she was underage. I know it doesn't have to be about sex, but these days, that's what's coming out.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Hang in there gang...more to come. Check back in an hour or so. Trying to get you the full story. But this is happening in real time so please be patient and we'll see what we can share.

    ReplyDelete
  68. There are several caveats to the law that was passed last year. Here’s a good explanation: https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2016/09/28/495856974/california-eliminates-statute-of-limitations-on-rape-cases

With that being said, I think himmm’s RICO is the key. #1-3 have Benin taking steps to cover up their crime even years later, which is why the SOL has not run. It’s an on-going criminal enterprise.

House members have 2 year terms so they’re all up for re-election. Issa is shady but due to the changing demographics in his district, he will probably lose. Nunes is probably under investigation. McCarthy, Knight & McClntock are the only ones left with star power in th GOP with McCarthy being part of GOP leadership.

we have not yet named the politician and wife, so it's not arnold, devin nunes, or any of the others.

we have named the perps. so it's someone above.

this is only the tip of the iceberg of a much bigger, ongoing criminal enterprise that will be huge when it comes out.

  73. Based on the additional clues, sounds like there is some money laundering and/or embezzlement. Not for profit, but to conceal what really happened. A lot of studios and record companies are part of publicly traded companies now which makes them subject to Sarbanes-Oxley.

    ReplyDelete
  74. great info bayareagirl and another blast from the past -- haven't heard the name "sarbanes-oxley" since the early 2000. your legal knowledge may help us figure this one out. i can't wait for the reveal!

    ReplyDelete
  77. My background is medical and the legal stuff is totally lost on me, but I'm wondering if there's a connection to a previous blind about industry execs who discretely squandered investor's money on child sex lawsuit settlements? And who may also have stolen some of that money and are hiding it overseas after the DEN fallout. This brings up Michael Huffington again, but he's old news and certainly not "big". He had 2 daughters with Ariana, and the Huffington family was very close to David Geffen. Could it be that the rock singer raped one of the Huffington girls?

    ReplyDelete
  78. I think a better blind would be to try and figure out the identity of the 'big California Republican politician. I don't think anyone fits that description in California.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Gene Simmons is a well-known Republican. So are Gary Sinise, and Tom Selleck.

    ReplyDelete
  87. well, sickofthissht listed all of the male republican members of the house by name, so unless himmmm missed that comment, none of them are in the running since he said that the politician and wife haven't been suggested yet. so a mayor?

    ReplyDelete
  88. I'm almost certain that the manager is Azoff and the billionaire Geffen, with the permanent A-list singer being Axl Rose or Henley, with my money leaning on the former. What this suit is about, or who the politician and his wife are, is the big mystery.

    ReplyDelete
  89. ok i never get anything right. but i love a good mystery. i am going for Senator Alan Cranston as the politician. And i think Hmmm said he was Republican to throw us off. Irving Azloff as number two. He repped the band. The EAGLES were at a fund raiser for Senator Cranston and Glenn Frey and Felder got into a huge argument over a remark Felder made to the Senator.
Geffen can be number three because he is a jerk. Apparently he got Orloff to leave his prior employment and now Orloff is connected to Madison Square Garden. Given it is in Brooklyn maybe there are even more shady dealings with the Clinton Foundation, or as i call it, the pay to play Arkansas shuffle. Now allow me to do my eye roll with all you folks who assume the worst of every Republican. Given that both parties have enough dirty and shady dealings to fly us all to the moon and back, it never ceases to amaze me how little critical thinking goes into most political discussions. Jumps off soap box.
So Cranston was shady and dirty. He was involved in the savings and loan debacle in the early 80's. He also was deep in Russian companies playing dirty tricks. And he was censured by the Senate. He apparently felt no shame and left with a pot full of money and no remorse. Except for the being caught part.
Now back to the Eagles. Don Henley apparently was involved with a 16 year old prostitute at the Cranston fund raiser and she overdosed at the party. Nothing says strong family values like an underage hooker who is at a fund raiser for a politician with a rock star three times her age. And then she has so many drugs given to her at the party she overdoses.
What i cant figure out is the civil suit. Unless the underage girl is now going to sue the management and the rock star for damages since the rape statute has been changed. dont know what the election in 2018 has to do with this. Still think it circles back to Brooklyn somehow

    ReplyDelete
  90. all so interesting kj and a whole new world of possibility. henley's been mentioned so many times, but i guess because how many a-list singers now solo from a-list bands are there? can't wait to find out.

and +1 about everyone's political bigotry. you and i are likely on different teams but we think alike about this. if everyone would take the label off the politician and judge them for their actions alone, our society would be so much more logical and sane. corruption and stupidity and immorality have zero to do with political leanings...they're human failings.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Don’t think Azoff managed Axl Rose any longer. they had a falling out in 2010.

    ReplyDelete
  92. @ KJ, are you sure that's how the story went with Henley? I don't remember the part of the story about Senator Cranston, but I recall that Henley was arrested for the incident with the underage girl. He had to pay a fine and he got probation too. Unless there was another incident? This one that I am talking about was a long, long time ago though (1980?). I don't see how the girl could sue him over this now. He denied that he had sex with her and there was no evidence of to prove that he did. What they actually charged him for was contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Somehow this doesn't seem to escalate to the level of 'big' that Himmmmm hinted at.

  95. @Glue not just off the film, she stated that she wanted Warner to sever all financial ties fully so that Ratner doesn't receive a penny from the franchise for future films. As the franchise is about empowering a woman who fights for what's right, and the sequel is a definite, she has become my hero in this very dark time of sexual harrassment and assailt revelations.

  96. Smells to me of something execs at Warner cooked this up with a willing Gadot as damage control, bit of corrective publicity for the soiled-by-association WW brand and to spin a very bad business story and an even worse industry sex abuse story into a heart-warming 'women's empowerment' tale. I know Gadot is riding pretty high right now and is very popular but people in her position don't usually get to call the shots like this.

  97. @JohnDoe. that is when it happened. and Cranston went down shortly thereafter. the Eagles were done and only agreed to tour much later. Those timeframes all fit. And since California has vacated the statute of limitations for rape maybe the victim is looking to get some justice. She was underaged and labeled as a prostitute. Someone had to pimp her out for big cash.

  98. Okay possum-pals, don't light the torches and sharpen the pitchforks and chase me through the town square YET.

My apologies, mea culpa, for the confusion and delays. Seems there was a communication breakdown (literally and NO that's not a Zeppelin clue - lol). Maybe I shouldn't be trying to post/email/comment on my mobile while shuffling through traffic and people and VIP bouncers while heading to a concert?

Seriously, I'm sincerely sorry for the delays. Neither I nor Enty were trolling you folks or trying to be teases. It was just a combo of human error and techno error. So please accept my heartfelt apologies. Not like a Louis C.K.-type apology, but a real one. I'll see if I can't find a way to make it up to 'ya by Christmas time with a holiday photo ;-)

Anyhoo...if anyone has one of them new-fangled Twitter thangs? (or Tweeter? Twatter? Gee whiz what is that thang?), if you wanna you're all welcome to go check out Enty's page there. On it he apologizes for the posting error and PROMISES to post the ENTIRE BLIND tomorrow (that's Saturday). So although it took longer than an hour? It WILL be posted in full. NOT the reveal YET - that'll be later. But by now you all should know that if there's a Himmmm blind posted, and it's not the length of War & Peace + Bible + Encyclopedia Britannica all combined? Something got cut off. I'm long winded, admittedly. Which is why I could never Twit. Or Twat. Or Tweet.

Meanwhile, I'm with one of my brood, my offspring, baby-possums here at a VERY LOUD concert, about 3 feet from a LOUD GUITAR AMP, rocking my balls off. Having a blast, and wish you were all here to enjoy it too.

And so because of your infinite patience and not stringing me up by my aforementioned rocking balls...I'll throw you a tiny clue about the blind. It'll probably give away the whole thing (which is public anyway), but you REALLY gotta read it in context and read the REAL STORY about what happened THEN...and what's happening NOW (which is not public YET). And that info WILL be posted Saturday.

Unless Enty ODs on bacon-flavored tequila shots. Tragic. Have a good, safe, and fun night my friends. Check ya later!

Just please remember my earlier hint that the politician/family are NOT what the blind is about. They're not the story...yet. The real story is how they fit into it, which you'll read in the full blind. And the clue? I'll just leave this here: November 21, 1980

  100. Could this be a deceased politician and that is why the wife is filing? Mary Bono-Mack wife of Sonny Bono. The heirs of Sonny Bono as well as Cher are suing UMG for 5 million in missing royalties, which could be the RICO connection. Irving Azoff was head of MCA which was absorbed by Geffen. Where are the missing royalties and what were they used for?

  101. From Don Henley's wiki:

"Henley called paramedics to his home on November 21, 1980, where a 16-year-old girl was found naked and claiming she had overdosed on quaaludes and cocaine. She was arrested for prostitution, while a 15-year-old girl found in the house was arrested for being under the influence of drugs. He was subsequently charged for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, fined and put on probation."

  102. P.S. - Just wanted to clear up that it's not "Who Shot J.R.?" either. Hahaha. Although that would make a good blind about why the world cared so much about Dallas back then. And it's NOT the MGM Grand fire in Vegas either. I remember that too, as a youngster watching it on TV and thinking it was just like Towering Inferno. I kept expecting to see Steve McQueen on my TV screen. That was the event that introduced Kirk Kerkorian to the world. And everything he's touched since then has turned into a dumpster fire. I digress.

  108. Sorry just came back. @taylor, before I went in-house, I used to do white-collar defense, so I know a money-laundering fact pattern when I see one. It’s called professional opinion. As many have pointed out Nunes’ actions are shady and really odd. I’ve long suspected something was up and then the Business Insider article came out about him at the Flynn meeting, the reports that Mueller questioned Carter Paige about Nunes’ participation at that meeting & the articles suggesting that Flynn’s son might be charged too. Mueller is f-ing with Nunes. Notice that only the White House is defending Nunes? Other GOP leaders won’t go near him.

Also this liberal is happily married to a Republican, who happens to be from Fresno, Devin Nunes’s district! The hate for Nunes is bipartisan. My 70+ yr old life-long GOP in-laws are trying to get Nunes primaried. Keep in mind, CA has a jungle primary system which is friendlier to an independent candidate. But my original point was that he’s not the politician in this blind.

  124. I’m starting to lean towards Maria Shriner as well. “Big” could not only mean in popularity but in size. Also, if you Google Maria Shrivet and human trafficking, you’ll see that this is something she’s been looking into/following/writing about for years. And, during his time as Governor, Arnold did sign human trafficking legislation. Can’t wait to see the rest of the blind!!!

Who is the girl? Is she related to someone famous? Was this a part of something bigger that got covered up? Himmmm says this is huge so I'm thinking there are many famous/powerful people involved.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Wow...still at it I see :-)
    You folks really are awesome.
I just noticed in my last posting last night (from the concert) that I said Enty will post Saturday. Yeah, I meant Sunday. See how discombobulated old people like me get around loud music and those young whippersnappers?

So head's up today. Yeah, I think today's Sunday. It should post. Unless Enty got more discombobulated than I did last night.

I think I'm getting too old to hang out with Billy Idol at the Hollywood Bowl. I went to actually see him not Morrissey, but enjoyed those old songs like "How Soon Is Now". I miss Johnny Marr though. And if you live in L.A. proper? That's why all the traffic jams the last 2 days. Big crowds at the Bowl. I did manage to get about 10 blind items worth of stuff to share with Enty in the future. Rockers gossip, wives gossip, drunk actors gossip, and daughters of rockers gossip too. Small world.

As far as the blind goes - as I said before - it's not the original 1980 act that's the big secret. It's the CONTEXT and what's coming next that's blind-worthy. It's a long item (like most of mine) but it gives you the story behind it, which sure will come as a surprise to people. Especially people with dirty laundry.

Of course with all these other monsters being outed lately, it wouldn't hurt to put some known ones back on the leader board.
Especially after their hypocrisy and holy attitude to others.
And I love a lot of styles of music too. I guess that goes back to the debate about separating art from artist. Each person makes that choice themselves I guess.

I'd love to see these LAWYERS and MANAGERS and EXECS roasted on a spit. They're the enablers and intimidating attack dogs. All you have to do is look at David Boies, Harvey W's attack dog. And the Co$ lawyers, and Marty Singer. That story about Harvey's lawyers and P.I.s turned my stomach because I've seen those types in action. That's infuriating, when you silence those who are already beaten down.

So look for the post today sometime. Whew! Now I gotta go back to sleep for an hour before the brood awake and use me as a trampoline. Those vegans sure knew how to party last night!

  132. The date fits a Don Henley scandal, but the part with the Republican politician doesn't fit the blind. Senator Cranston was not a Republican. But Himmmmm keeps saying that the politician and his wife are not the real story.

  136. I found something else...an original newspaper article from 1980 about the Henley incident.

Most articles mention only the presence of a naked 16 year old girl who had overdosed on cocaine and Quaalude. BUT, the paramedics also found another girl in Henley's house...a 15 year old. Oh gee, a very wealthy and famous Hollywood celebrity busted having sex with underaged kids...Hmmm where have we heard of this before?

    https://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1817&dat=19801212&id=gy8dAAAAIBAJ&sjid=0J4EAAAAIBAJ&pg=3938,3246504&hl=en

Both girls were also arrested, but only the 16 year old was charged with prostitution. The SECU of the LAPD came to Henley's house and collected evidence. They also found lots of cocaine, weed, and other stuff. Even though Henley denied having sex with the girls the Sexually Exploited Child Unit investigators would certainly have known whether he did or not from questioning and physical examination of the girls. This whole thing kinda got blown over and covered up. Henley got off with just a fine and probation---a slap on the wrist.

I'm beginning to understand what Himmmmm means by stepping back from this and considering the importance of the context. While investigating this blind I came across numerous stories about Henley's penchant for coke-inspired orgies. What always seems to be missing from pretty much all of these stories is: who are the people who participated in these orgies? Then I recalled something similar about the Bryan Singer stories...only in his case the victims were underaged boys.

In this case, here's the missing context: Who were these young girls, and how did they end up in Henley's house? Henley himself provides the answer to these questions. In many of the stories on the internet about this incident he said that the 16 year old girl was a prostitute who had been sent over by a Madam.

    http://popdose.com/popdose-flashback-or-when-good-albums-happen-to-bad-people-don-henley-the-end-of-the-innocence/

Who was this Madam supplying underaged girls to celebrities? Why is there no record of her being investigated or arrested in connection to this incident? This, to me, sounds like yet another child sexploitation ring that was covered up. Quite possibly, still going on even now.

California had a 'big' Republican politician back in the 80s, but Nancy's cause was drugs, and both Reagans are long dead so this brings me back to the Schwartzneggers. The Erin's Law stuff fits Maria Shriver's profile so I'm thinking it may have something to do with that. The connection with the industry mogul I'm sure is very obvious, but I still don't see it yet. Though I'm pretty sure that if it involves sex and underage people its most likely Geffen.

Did I say how much I love Himmmmmm's and Enty's blinds? LOL.

  137. Is there a way to see a date when things are posted? All I see is times, and it's driving me nuts. I keep thinking it's whatever time today, but then realize I'm reading a thread that started a couple days ago (or whenever). I'm new here, so excuse me for not understanding this site completely. Though I agree with whoever says Himmm (however many m's that is) writes well. It always impresses me in this day and age when a person can even write a complete sentence with correct spelling and punctuation, let alone several paragraphs.

As for the date November 21, 1980, Duran Duran played with Hazel O'Connor at Sheffield University, Sheffield, England. Probably not relevant because it's England? I haven't read all the posts in detail. I should be working....

    ReplyDelete
  138. zophie enzo: you have to go by the date of the blind and just follow the times they were posted (which is west coast time). easy if there aren't too many comments but you'll have to do some work if it's a long one like the last himmmm blind.

the relevance of the date of nov 21, 1980 is because of an incident at don henley's house in hollywood. there's a short description of it on his wikipedia.

  142. WOW @Himmmm This is a doozy.

I definitely think that with perhaps the inference Henley has to be part of this scandal.
The one thing about the entire Henley debacle is the Madam that supplied the children, is now dead. So not sure if she simply never got caught but the 15yr old took a bunch of the Polaroids with her so she has evidence. Not sure of how plausible but it is a thought that maybe she somehow got her life together and found someone that could help her. Would be a beautiful take down of Henley and Hopefully Geffen all at the same time.

    Geffen Is Definitely #3.

Maria Shriver could be the republican wife. Does not say ex though and it also does not say current politician. So that could be a miss.

I so badly want these disgusting pedo rings to take a massive fall.
