Back in the 80's, there was a very powerful record executive. He was part of the day to day group of people managing the careers of this Spanish speaking boy band. He was also the first in that group of people who said the boy band members should be rotated frequently. Why? There was the story for public consumption and then there was the truth. The men all liked having sex with teen boys and rotating them kept them fresh and also kept them on edge when they would be leaving.
It was during this time period that the executive started working on some soundtracks for movies. At the label where he worked, he had to do more than deal with the boy band and rape their members. The label had been big in Old Hollywood with soundtracks but was not having much success in the 80's One notable exception was a soundtrack from one of their own artists who was also making a movie.
Anyway, shortly after that movie came out, our executive was talking to movie producers and seeing how this label could be a part of their movie. At a party he was introduced to this actor who was foreign born. He had just started making his second movie after starring on a television show for tweens.
Our actor would go on to be A list and was a definite heartthrob of the decade. At this party, the movie producer offered up the actor to the record executive. Apparently the two had sex. How do we know they had sex? Well, a few years later, this record executive made the news in a very big way. Not the way he probably would have hoped. His wife probably hoped not to make the news in that way either. The husband and wife are pretty big again this fall. Anyway, when the big news happened, our actor said to more than one person that he had hooked up with the record executive in a cabana next to the pool at the movie producer's house.
Oh, and that movie producer who is permanently A+ list was passing off this actor when the actor was 14 or 15. Yeah, and also having raping him on an almost daily basis.

Menudo is the band...
ReplyDeleteI agree. Roy, one of the singers, went many times on tv shows to talk about the abuses.
DeleteThe 1990s group accused Edgardo Diaz of sexual abuse
ReplyDeleteThe Menendez brothers Dad is the exec.
ReplyDeleteLabel was Epic I think..(big in 1950ss) film soundtracks...
DeleteRick Springfield for the singer\actor?
ReplyDeleteRicky Martin
ReplyDeleteNot Springfield he doesn't fit the tweens tv show.
ReplyDeleteRicky Martin did have to deny at one point that he had been molested by Jose M. but we know about denials.. But i believe Jose M. was over RCA records
ReplyDeleteCorey Haim for the child actor.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Phil Spector for record producer
ReplyDeleteLost boys
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteNot sure about Haim, If it is him, his 2nd movie after his tween show would have been Lucas, he was in Silver Bullet, if that counts.
ReplyDeleteSo i would say then David Nicksay as the producer.. i assume he is a perm A+ lister
ReplyDeleteHaim was in a few other movies prior to Lucas. Lucas was his 5th film, excluding one TV movie. But I guess, I also don't know in what order his films were shot.
ReplyDeleteI like Menendez Brothers' dad for the Exec - they're having a recap of the case on CBS or something this fall. So Him and his wife made the news in a bad way (getting murdered) and are now big again this fall (TV Show)
ReplyDeletethe record producer and his wife who made the news in a very big way in a way they probably wouldn't have hoped for and who are pretty big again this fall are obviously jose and kitty menendez. record label rca. artist making a movie with hit for rca: whitney houston.
ReplyDeleteI think cocopuff and roxy are right. It's José Menendez. He worked as an executive at RCA and Live Entertainment. He had quite the reputation.

The conspiracy theorist in me says it makes sense then that the bros are locked up separately for life. I'm sure they could add a lot to the conversations surrounding abuse.

ReplyDeleteThought Lyle and Eruic made the allegations up.
ReplyDeleteSd Auntie, honestly, that makes more sense though, doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteI've been googling them and I believe them.
Now to find an actor that fits the blind.
It would fit- they shot the mother I believe either more and or in the face.
ReplyDeleteI had to delete my comment and go back and rethink.
ReplyDeleteStill officially nothing but guesses.
The "notable exception" was the soundtrack from one of their own artists who was also making a movie: Rick Springfield in Hard to Hold in 1984. It had three top 40 hit and the timing seems better for this one.
Dirty Dancing was 1987.
The title gives it away, when the Menendez brothers were on trial,no one beleived the abuse stories. If the trial were now, it would likely at least be a factor in sentencing.

ReplyDeleteI shutter to think of it, but is it possible that the actor is Michael J Fox. He’s foreign born, teen comedy, movies would have been Back To The Future.
ReplyDeleteOn a side note, these blinds just enrage me. There is a special place in hell for these pedophiles & sex offenders. I hope justice is served and shame on those who were silent, they were complicit.
I wouldn't consider being born in Canada as "foreign born"
DeleteThis also fits Alison Arngrim's statement years ago that the Coreys were being passed around.
ReplyDelete"Secret Admirer" is listed as Corey's second film on IMDB.
ReplyDeleteThe band Autograph was RCA and they did about half the songs on this soundtrack.
I think. Menudo, Haim, Sony. This is a touch of the Story Feldman will tell. Studio heads committing full scale fuckery. Connected by their love of little boys. This can't wait 2 years for a movie, production, and distribution. Get them before they join Polanski.
ReplyDeleteColumbia pictures/Sony.
DeleteMovie Top Gun.
DeleteThis would not be Michael J Fox based on the age - he was 19/20 when Family Ties started, and I think 24 for the first Back to the Future.
ReplyDeleteThird time is a charm, and I'm going wild here...
ReplyDeleteI agree it's Jose Menendez for the record exec, RCA for the company. Next I'm going to go with 'Copacabana' as the movie, with Barry Manilow as the RCA artist in it. Corey Haim for the actor it seems like.
Oh, and Copacabana was produced by Dick Clark Productions. Hmmmm.
Silver Bullet was the 2nd film after the tV series for Haim
ReplyDelete" The label had been big in Old Hollywood with soundtracks but was not having much success in the 80's One notable exception was a soundtrack from one of their own artists who was also making a movie."
ReplyDeleteSoundtrack being Ziggy Stardust? Would put timeline at just after 1983 which would make Corey Haim fit as underage actor. His movies after the tween show were released in 1984.
Nevermind... Ziggy Stardust wasn't actually a movie. The name of the album was just Ziggy Stardust the Motion Picture. David Bowie was just someone I thought of for an early/mid 80's musician/actor.
DeleteI don't know the answers, but reading this is literally making me nauseated.
ReplyDeleteBand = Menudo?
ReplyDeleteRecord Exec = E... Diaz?
Child Actor = Corey Haim
2nd movie after tv show (Edison Twins) = Silver Bullet
Movie Producer of Silver Bullet = Dino Delaurentis?
The Fall show is Law & Order, True Crime. I've been watching it and it has been riveting. Edie Falco plays their lawyer. I recommend watching it.
ReplyDeleteI agree with @roxy.
ReplyDeleteJose Menendez, RCA, Corey Haim, Secret Admirer as the movie (Haim's second movie in his career and filmed after tween series). Haim was 14 when this was filmed so fits the age comment at the end of the blind as well.
It says actor went on to be A list and hearththrob of the century. That's not either orf the Corey's. How old was Leo DiCaprio in the 80's? He was on Growing Pains. His IMBD literally says that he was a teen heartthrob in the 90's.
ReplyDeleteI remember that Menendez brothers said that they killed him, because their father was abusing them, I thought it was BS to get shorter sentence. Looks like it wasn't. He got his punishment after all, if this is him in the blind.
ReplyDeleteAnd if it's Corey Haim, damn, what that kid has gone through, these pervs were really after him, heartbreaking af.
Corey was definitely a heart throb in the 80s.
ReplyDeleteEspecially after "Lost Boys."
Jeeze...if the movie producer WAS de Laurentiis, who died in 2010 at the ripe old age of 91, well Giada is his granddaughter which I never realized. It would explain a LOT about her...were/are these well connected families passing their own kids, nieces/nephews, grandkids etc. around and exposing them to and/or exploiting them in this beyond horrific behavior?
ReplyDeleteMenendez could very well have given what has been purported/alleged. How much did Charlie learn from Martin? And either or both "learn anything" from Oliver Stone? Just generation after generation of abuse in a ripple effect.
Menudo is really the only possibility for the band but Jose Menemdez was at RCA while Menudo was Epic? Not that it means much as they could have very well been traded/swapped in more ways than one between labels, or the labels could have been in some partnership/arrangement/subsidiary etc.
Menudo was with RCA: http://www.nytimes.com/1983/11/23/arts/the-pop-life-menudo-signs-long-term-rca-pact.html
ReplyDeleteJose Menendez is mentioned in that article.
Ryan Gosling was on the Mickey Mouse Club. was that in the 80's?
ReplyDeleteCorey was a regular in Teen Beat in the 80s, he was absolutely considered a heart throb.
ReplyDeleteMenedez/RCA
David Nicksay as the producer? I see him come up alot.
I have about ten Menudo albums in a box in my closet right now, lol. Anyhow, Menudo did two soundtracks in the 80's, one for Cannonball Run II (RCA - 1984) and member Robby (Draco) starred and was on the soundtrack of the movie Salsa (Universal - 1988). The story given by one of the former members, Roy, is that he walked in on Diaz with Ricky Martin, and he had him wearing a dress. Roy then went and got Rosa to go back and confront Diaz. Rou shortly left the group afterwards with a settlement paid by their label Padosa while under the Sony contract.
ReplyDeleteKenny Ortega for the permanent A list producer?
DeleteIf I Google "Secret Admirer" producer, two come up:
ReplyDelete1) Jim Kouf (66)
2) Stephen J. Roth, Canadian as Steve Roth, (died 2008)
IMDB lists two additional:
1) Lynn Kouf as Lynn Bigelow
2) C.O. Erickson
Al Ruddy...one of the hubs on the wheel of everything bad.
ReplyDeleteLook into the movie SPEED ZONE and the younger cast members.
Then figure into the threads connecting to this: Arista Records was part of Columbia Pictures, formed by Clive Davis, and later was part of RCA.
There's no doubt this was Menudo and Menendez. But you sleuths start down the rabbit hole of Al Ruddy, all the teen hearthrobs at RCA & Arista (from Fabian to David Cassidy) and on, and on, and on. Pay close attention to the movies Ruddy produced and with whom. Obviously there's a lot of innocent/decent people in there who wouldn't force kids into anything ever (Hal Needham, Burt Reynolds, or Sinatra never had to force anybody) but others who were pathologically horrific.
And you get into Jose Menendez and Embassy Pictures, Live Entertainment, Carolco, and Mario Kassar & Andy Vanja (aka "Andy Vagina"). Which connects to Noel Bloom and Caballero the mob-owned porn company. It's insane, it's dirty, and wading through it is enough to drive you to the brink of crazy. Like Beautiful Mind-level crazy.
Damn. I just crossed those basket cases off my list

DeleteRecord Executive: Jose Menendez
ReplyDeleteMovie Producer: Ron Howard
Actor offered up: Leo Dicaprio
TV Show: Parenthood (staring Leo)
Patrick Swayze in Dirty Dancing (RCA)

ReplyDeleteCanadian Ricky Schroder for the actor/heartthrob. Same age and high school at Erik M. too.
ReplyDeleteI have to question the David Nicksay guess, I've worked with his daughter for a a couple of years and she is one of the nicest, brightest, and most grounded actors I've ever met. Extremely well-educated, married to a lovely guy. I don't think that would be the case if her dad was some kind of weirdo, there's usually collateral damage in those cases. Just IMHO :)
ReplyDeleteI always believed the Menendez brothers' story about their father's abuse and their mother's complicity. At some point there was a female cousin of theirs that gave an interview talking about how one of the boys told her when they were small of the sex acts his dad performed on him and mentioned that even if it wasn't his dad that they were waaaaaay too young to have learned of that kind of stuff on their own. I've heard terrible stories about what the record company execs did to the Menudo boys but I heard it was to more than just Ricky Martin and there were apparently lawsuits over it so there's a paper trail somewhere. It's starting to make sense why so many of these child stars turn out either out right crazy or ravaged drugs addicts - the things they were put through...... Ugh.
ReplyDeleteThis is terrible. It was so sad to read.
ReplyDeleteDamn, Himmmm...I truly am of the belief that it would be a much shorter list to just list the good, decent, and just plain "noncriminal" people in the collective industries vs. otherwise. Thank you and Enty though for exposing and lighting a fire under these vile bums. You guys and your crews are a real life super hero team.
ReplyDeletePlease keep it up, long past time for the wheels of justice to turn.
I've read several times that Giada DiLaurentis was sexually abused by a family member, which makes me nauseous whenever I read about her "rep." Many survivors of abuse act out sexually and for her to catch shit for being a BJ queen or whatever pisses me off.
ReplyDeleteEither victims are extroverted with their sexuality or introverted. Either way you're never the same again, no matter if it was molestation or rape. I held out till I was 21 to have sex. It was only because I wanted to get it over with. I'm in a better place with sex now, but even though I forget about it happening, I still think it played a role with me not being in a peaceful place with sex once I started to have it.
DeleteI, too, dismissed the Menendez brothers.
ReplyDeleteI almost feel like I owe them an apology even though they've never met me. And how "they" could never have allowed those boys to get anywhere with their accusations because there's so much to lose if they were believed and that started people making connections.
Al Ruddy was connected to Hogan's Heroes which employed that freak Bob Crane. And that's just one connection.
What boggles my mind is how voracious the appetites are for everything wrong, evil, and disgusting.
So the Menendez brother were telling the truth and nobody helped them? Children that were being abused in their own home and resorted to violence? Then they are victims!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAfter been wandering all over this site following a few years' absence, I could not help noticing how much of this site presents a devastating chronicle of sexual exploitation, abuse, & premature sexualization of young people.
ReplyDeleteEven more upsetting, these experiences seem to affect the victims for decades. Many become drug addicts, engage in sex work as a "sideline" (as they never learned to value sex as anything but a marketable commodity), paper over insecurities by deforming themselves with unnecessary cosmetic procedures... And then, unless we find them "likeable" (eg, a Ricky Martin, Lupita Nyong'o), we trash them for being damaged & for responding to that damage in the manner of vulnerable young people who have been violated.
Sorry; still trying to choke down the comments on the Putin/NC rape & beating.
Did this blind come from the lawyers of the Menendez brothers or something? Their allegations are complete bullshit. I can't believe people are actually falling for it.
ReplyDeleteI️ agree with most of you
ReplyDeletemusic exec - Menendez
boyband - Menudo
i️ have Bowie for the recording artist/actor
underage actor - Haim
My guess for the film producer is Geffen. He produced Personal Best in 82 and being that he was also working in the music industry, it seems the chances of he and Menendez meeting at a party are increased.
How about Frank Marshall for film producer? He produced Goonies.
DeleteNot mention a hand full of his young stars battled addiction - Henry Thomas, Corey Feldman (this could be the producer he introduced Haim to) Jonathan Ke Quan, Ethan Embry and didn’t Haley Joel Osmant have issues too?
DeleteSomeone is writing that this is complete BS blind in ref to the Menendez Brothers? Well actually, it makes perfect sense to discredit the Menendez Brothers. Who is going to believe spoiled rich kids who are being raped on a regular basis? Who is going to believe any child being raped or any actress who is being forced to have sex?
ReplyDeleteBelieve me when I say, I believe them, I always did believe The Menendez Brothers..
The boy band was Menudo.
ReplyDeleteExecutive - Menendez.
Prince, an RCA artist, starred in Purple Rain in 1984.
This was around the same time that Haim started filming Silver Bullet.
Changing my RCA artist to Rick Springfield. Hard To Hold released in april 84. Secret Admirer released in summer 85 but Enty said the child star had just started filming his second film and it can take months between principal photography and the end of post SO that fits. Purple Rain was Warner Brothers Records.
ReplyDeleteBand - Menudo
ReplyDeleteExec - José Menendez
Producer - Bruckheimer/Marshall/Linson
Actor - Haim
Label - RCA
Ok,here are my guesses:
ReplyDeleteRec. Exec - Jose Menendez
Label - RCA
Soundtrack Artist - Annie Lennox (Eurythmics) (Movie was Revolution, came out in 1985, Soundtrack was For The Love of Big Brother, came out in 1984)
Foreign Born 80's Hearthrob Actor: Corey Haim (Canada)
Movie Producer - Rob Reiner
I just tried searching for the movie SPEED ZONE, the only thing that comes up is Cannonball Run, which was apparently originally titled SPEED ZONE...younger actresses in that movie include, Brooke Shields, Alyssa Milano
ReplyDeleteAl Ruddy is connected to this movie as well. Lots of big name actors including John Candy who was born in Canada.
This comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteSPEED ZONE was also known as Cannonball Run 3. So is Al Ruddy the producer in the blind? Or is it yet another film producer that is/was permanent A list that was raping (presumably) Haim? Enty just reposted this BI on Facebook, presumably to get people to take another look and figure it out. Note the "Puerto Rico is not foreign born" comment, too, in the Facebook post.
ReplyDelete"still trying to choke down the comments on the Putin/NC rape & beating." Uhhh what? Which blind is this, who the hell is NC?
NC = Naomi Campbell
ReplyDeleteA+ permanent movie producer - how many (few) people can be at that level??? Himmmmm noted Al Ruddy, producer of The Godfather among others, but Enty also noted "Puerto Rico is not foreign born" in the FB 2nd look post.
ReplyDeleteRichard Donner? Corey's first tv series wrapped in 85, which was when the last of his lesser-known film roles ended. That would make Lost Boys the second film after the first tv series.
ReplyDeleteLost Boys was directed by Joel Schumacher
ReplyDeleteMy guess is Menedez, David Bowie being the recording artist and actor for labyrinth and the actor Corey Haim and producer for Labyrinth George Lucas
ReplyDeleteThe record executive is Jose Menendez. I was a small child when it happened, so I've never followed the case or known any details about the Menendez murders...until last night. Dateline NBC aired a 2-hour episode last night about the Menendez murders and I watched the whole thing. After watching the brothers testify about their father sexually abusing them, I believe they were/are telling the truth 100%. As an abuse survivor myself, their words, emotions and body language rang true and seemed completely genuine while they testified. I had a physical reaction while watching their testimonies. My opinion may not be ethical or moral, but I believe their father deserved what he got. And their mother did too, if she did in fact know about the abuse.
ReplyDelete@Amelia Zedlar
ReplyDeleteThe Nicksay guess comes from a statement made by Corey Haim claiming his abuser was "a 42 year old". This was from the episode of the Two Corey's episode discussing his abuse. Nicksay was the producer of "Lucas" and he was 42 during the time. The statement came from a People's magazine article August 2008.
The subject of that episode however was Dominick Brascia, who was 52 during the time.
As more information and hints come out, its more likely to be Charlie Sheen. It gets even more wild that Charlie Sheen was also 42 during the time of that article(remember to carry the birthdate).
I believe Nicksay is innocent(in this case atleast). I believed he unfortunately fits the description. Despite having steady work though out the years, no one knows who David Nicksay even is. His net worth isn't very high(Corey Feldman is currently twice his net worth, and he isn't too happy about his career status.
As for this blind, I don't believe its Corey Haim. For one, Canadian isn't that foreign born. Corey Haim also was with Feldman during that time. I believe its probably Ricky Martin or someone else. Haim has also made a few more movies by that time too.
But I find it interesting that Al Ruddy is one questionable name. I think theres something going on with Francis Ford Coppla and Martin Sheen. Why would a then 19 year old Charlie Sheen do such an act? Why is Coppla associating himself with Victor Salva, a sex offender who worked on Disney and made a rape joke in his latest movie?
