Apparently the widow is using the name of the charity, but keeping the money raised in "escrow" until all the paperwork can be "sorted out." The thing is though, the organization she is using is all about getting money into the pockets and bank accounts of the leaders without actually putting much into the hands of charity. It is such a win win for the widow and a lose lose for fans. Oh, and that "escrow" money will probably end up in her hands too. Oh, oh, oh. Wait until you see the $1 knockoffs of a product she bought from China which she is going to pass off as the real deal of an item. By my calculations, if she sells them at the same rate, she will make $100-200K a month profit.
