Blind Item #1

This former A- list mostly movie actress has been acting forever. Television sometimes, but mostly movies. Her biggest nominations/wins were some SAG Awards and an Independent Spirit Award. She had a franchise back in the day, but has made a career in stand alone movies. She always seems to play a typical bombshell. Currently she is sleeping with a very married celebrity plastic surgeon who did some work on her a few months ago.
