Mr. X Blind Item #2
Want to know how bad the ticket sales are going for this former A+ list singer turned A- lister who would rather be acting? She is giving them away for free. Yes, through charities, but the charities are having to give them away for free too because no one was donating money to get the tickets. Right now, about 15% of the seats available are free. That is a ton.
Gaga
ReplyDeletecould this be the gaga ???
ReplyDeleteLady Gaga
ReplyDeleteKaty Perry
ReplyDeleteI don't want it to be Gaga but, it makes sense
ReplyDeleteGaga has the support of the gay community so I'm not sure this is her. But the description fits.
ReplyDeleteKaty hasn't done any actual acting projects other than portraying herself yet so sadly it has to be Gaga.
ReplyDeleteBut looking into this, Gaga sold out Wrigley Field and looking at ticketmaster there aren't a lot of empty seats for other shows. Her fansites reported tickets sold out after a day. Plus Billboard is reporting she's set to make a $100m and is 4th on the 2017 Hot Tours list.
So this blind could be aimed at gaga but they have limited info.
@anndie
ReplyDeleteagreed, has to be gaga bc of the acting foray. its crazy to think she was on top of the world with so many hits and then....nothing.
they come out strong for her but I dont think that could help if its this bad
ReplyDeleteIt's Gaga. There are often hundreds of tickets available on the day before the show. And for ridiculously low prices too.
ReplyDeleteNot Gaga. Her Mohegan Sun concert is also sold out. Has been for a while.
ReplyDeleteThat might be the problem. She built her fanbase on gay guys and girls who live for dance tunes and dramatic costuming & staging. Now she's trying to push this boring country persona. They've lost interest.
ReplyDeleteSaw Gaga at Wrigley Field/Chicago last week and it was packed solid with almost every demographic, although mainly the LGBT fans. Fun show, but mostly everyone fizzled whenever she performed anything off of her last album - the energy level dropped completely. When she performed her finale and walked off stage, it was so lackluster that no one clapped -- we all figured she was coming back out to perform an encore. She also gave a shout-out to the fans that stuck with her when everyone was turning there back -- so there was some awareness there. As a long-time fan who has travelled to see her shows over the years, I have no doubt that she's not in it for "us" and that she uses her LGBT fan base. Still love her, and it makes me appreciate Madonna all the more...
ReplyDeleteThe tickets for her show in Barcelona (September, 22) were sold out in a few hours so she added another concert the day before.
ReplyDeleteI saw Gaga in SF at AT&T Park, it was sold out.
