Blind Items Revealed #5

I love how this Academy Award winning actress keeps talking about “maintaining” her weight loss like she actually exercised all her weight off. Yes, she has to eat small portions, but she still won’t come clean about the surgery.
Jennifer Hudson
So many have gained back after surgery, she is still maintaining a heathy weight for several years.Weight Watchers doesn't want it out, even though it pro ba bly helps her
ReplyDeleteIt's a lot easier to gain it back when you do the gastric bypass than it is if you exercised it off because that actually involves a lifestyle change that you actually would want to keep up. Look at yo-yos like Oprah and (maybe) Jonah Hill. They don't keep it off because they didn't work and sweat it off.
ReplyDeleteLike Star Jones, she has bad flabby arms and legs that show she's not really working out and that she lost really fast, through surgery.
ReplyDeleteTrue but Oprah did work it off initially then eating got in the way. She ran a 25K at one time but now she dons the PT gear for photoshoots in some park for her magazine. Jonah looks utterly miserable when he's skinny and happier when he's heavy, same for Oprah.
ReplyDeleteI am a personal trainer and every time I see someone w rapid weight loss the first thing I do is look at their body fat and/or flabby arms. Especially in women. I know that J HUD and Star Jones are lying about their surgeries even if they will never admit it.
ReplyDeleteExactly. They never cut out or staple the lifestyle habits that caused them to get that out of shape in the first place which is why so many of them put the weight back or stay flabby.
ReplyDeleteLook at Beyoncé's mom. Her body looks perfect for a woman in her 60s but yet on that video w her trainer she was struggling to do 4 push-ups. Her body was totally created by a knife and not hours in the gym.
THIS. doesnt matter what they say - their bodies tell the truth while their mouths lie.
ReplyDeleteFolks, even if you get surgery and lose the weight, you have to maintain it the way everybody else does: diet and exercise. I should know.
