I'm going to say Prince, who had a lot of charities. The timing makes sense for tax filings and extensions. Any foundation Cornell had might not even have hit its fiscal year end yet, never mind be late.

Why did Vicky Karyainnis and Linda Ramone get removed from the Directors so quick before/after Chris passed away? Is this something Chris knew about or recently found out? How much of a thieving criminal his wife was? And was she using the foundation for something other than it's intended purpose?
