I'm a pretty private person. I don't do any social media. I very rarely even e mail. I call or text a few people. I'm not interested in contacting or being contacted by old bfs or friends and family that I have no desire to hear from. I don't want all my business out there for anyone to see.
Only social media I use is twitter, and just as a lurker, I do not want to socialize, just know the news, or some jokes which sometimes are also the news.
That's an appropriate response from you. Sometimes not so much. Thank you (seriously) for not trying to sell me on something today or tell me how you can make me rich in RE. I come here for fun.
I still don't get the point of Snapchat... Wasn't too excited when Instagram started including the "Snapchat-ish" feature on their service. Pretty sure someone's found a way to keep/save video messages you air (nothing is really temporary online). I only read Twitter lists I've made (meaning I don't actually read all of the tweets of people I follow). Facebook like once a year. YouTube daily.
Strangely enough, I've been enjoying Instagram a lot more (as in compelled to post photos more often) since they added the "turn off comments" feature.
None unless you consider YouTube one because you can comment on what you watch.
ReplyDeleteI'm singly handedly working on making MySpace happen again. I have 3 followers!
ReplyDeleteTwitter. It's the quickest way to get the latest news.

ReplyDeleteSince 01..20, predominantly twitter. Previously FB, reddit, whatever. News is faster on twitter than anywhere else in the galaxy.
ReplyDeleteLOL! Best comment of the day. ^^^ Very funny!
ReplyDeleteNone. Social media makes people crazy and stupid.
ReplyDeleteI agree

ReplyDeleteMy 3 are Tom, Wolf Blitzer and Wolf's fake account that he set up to send invites to play FarmVille.
ReplyDeleteYou are smart. I laugh at people who walk into lamp posts while reading FB or Twitter.
ReplyDeleteI deleted Facebook in April and mainly use Twitter and occasionally Instagram. Snapchat just annoys me.
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised so few mentioned YouTube here! I thought most people would say "Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube."
ReplyDeleteI can get away with being off social media for weeks, but I could never survive without checking email (I need it to make a living).

*Sorry, meant to say "more inclined", not "compelled" (my English sucks).
ReplyDeleteInstagram, mainly for business, not so much social reasons
