It wasn't a diet but many years ago I was so broke I could only afford to eat once a day at around 3pm, this lasted 6 months and I lost 33 lbs.

When I vacationed in Paris a few years back, I fell in love with a pastry chef. Sadly, he deserted me.

Not exactly a diet but I started taking these pills to shed a few pounds. Didn't read the ingredients first and ended up staying awake for three days straight after taking two pills. Turns out they were also caffeine pills. Boyfriend flushed them before I had the chance to throw them out.

I'd love a pastry chef to 'desert me', though I haven't decided what exactly that would involve, it already sounds yummy lool ?

  6. I have been on the warrior's diet. I like it and I'm sticking with it. If you do it right it's a 600 % increase in HGH naturally. I'm 66 so it's needed. Plus I'm ripped and big as I ever was. Truth

Not so much a diet per say, but you point out to me a crazy/ funny tasting/ weird or exotic food item, and I'll try it.
(noni, sea algae, some hearb that taste just like salt ( no kidding!) mid (liquer made out of wheat & honey), some coconut butter ( delicious), switching to coconut oil instead of olive oil in my salads ( good), green juices, parsley water ( to clean the system), you name it I'll try it, at least once

Try Macca Peruna for your 'Male equipment'... I know someone who drinks it daily and his mall member is bigger than ever. No joke

Can I ask - is the tuna eaten cold after being drained straight out the can, or do you do something else with it before eating with the hot rice and veg? Thx?

  18. When I was in my 20's...I couldn't afford much food because I chose to live in an amazing historical house on the river. I would make a hug tub a fresh turkish tabbouleh and live off of that. Coffee and Tabbouleh for a long time. I later got a job as a restaurant reviewer for the TGIF section at FLToday. BEST. JOB. EVER!

tabboulah is a good healthy diet. Coffee not so much. Getting paid to eat off a company account is a goddamn good job glue! But a bit fattening and sometimes unhealthy but a good way to experiment with different styles. And we can use more styles here, like Indian.

amen. accountability for what you eat, keeping track religiously is the only way. it's simple science combined with consciousness of your behavior. i use the fitbit app but same thing.

getting 2x your rda of protein has been proven to increase weight loss and prevents muscle loss, so i factor that in as well. i have 2 protein shakes per day along with my food.

  22. Nope. Just try to be healthy in my choices. If I try any kind of diet, then all I do is think about food.

Tuna is at room temperature and you can let the rice cool a lintel, too.
Try Tabasco for flavour, Basil Leafs, Parsley, Cilantro, mixed herbs spices or some grind fete cheese for flavors

I ate the tuna cold after draining, it would be heated when I mixed it iwith the rice and veggies after microwaving them.
I'd make a few cups worth every three days and store in the fridge and heat up
the rice for about 10-20 seconds in the micro for my meal.
I'd steam a few cups of veggies (broccoli, carrots, green beans) the night before.

I was also doing a lot of cardio, jump rope and speedbag and some weightlifting.
My doctor told me I was crazy, but he couldn't argue with the results.
My BP dropped to some real good levels and I looked had a swimmers physique.
If you're thinking about this make sure your body can handle this, it ain't easy and it's hard on your body.

I tried the Ramona Singer diet. Just drink wine all day long and still look good in a bikini at 60.
