I have one tiny tattoo in a place no one can see - no, I don't regret it. It represents a constant of a few decades.

I regret NOT getting one! Now it's too late cause there's no one I can show it to! Everybody's dead!

  5. Not yet. Trying to work them all into a partial sleeve is creating a challenge, tho. love them all. :)

  6. Do it! I had only 1 for about 30 years...then over the past 3 or 4, I've added a handful of really neat ones. (I'm a 55 years old grandma, btw.) Find something that means something to you and go for it! It's also a good way to meet new living people. Put it where it shows...lots of conversations started that way. :)

None, but I snuck in the men's room one night and saw an allegedly suave silver fox host lifting and positioning his boxers to carefully conceal his tramp stamp. What Would Gloria Say!

No but only because I can't decide what I want to get. I want it to be something that I'll never get sick of and will mean something to me for a long time. I'm scared of getting something then regretting the choice.

    No, I love them all!!!
I have a huge side piece of vines and flowers, elvish script on my feet and lots more in the works! They didn't even stretch out during my pregnancies and subsequent weight losses.
My sister is an amazing artist and I'll never regret her works of art. They are all very meaningful.

Thanx, Lisa: I've always wanted one that was a replica of the Spectre symbol on my right hand. Is that too butch for a 75 year old?

  15. I kind of regret the first one, just because it was more about having a tattoo than getting something really meaningful. But it's held up pretty well for over 20 years, still got good colour and everything, so I don't dwell on it too much.

The second one has two Chinese symbols, for "snake" and "rooster", which represent the years my kids were born (as in "The Year of the...") I'll never regret that one. (I designed it myself and brought it in to have it done, so yes, I'm quite sure it doesn't really say "drunk whore" or something. *L*)

I got one for my 50th birthday. No regrets, other than waiting so long. I love it and it has my parent's initials worked into the design. So go for it!!

Yeah, I regret having to see sleeves and legs all tatted up. Hurts the eyes. Wait until you're 65+ and the body parts start sagging; that is, if you're lucky to make it to 65.

Nope. Although now 20+ years aafter I got it, its time to removed.

  20. from James Bond?! At 75, it doesn't matter! Actually, it doesn't matter at any age. Do what makes you happy. At 75, I imagine you don't have an employer with rules against tattoos that show. So, go get it and come back and tell us about your experience. :)
