Apparently the acting of this foreign born model/worst actress in the world’s acting is so bad the entire theme of the movie she is making had to be changed or it would have looked more ridiculous.
Why even hire Cara if she's so shit? It's not like she's bringing in a huge draw. I thought she was just "okay" in PAPER TOWNS, but a complete write-off in SS.
After this flick, if anyone hires her and has to go thru hell, their loss! Zero sympathy.
She has unique features that look good in pictures but that doesn't exactly translate to her acting. I wish I could say I'm surprised that a studio would do this, but the movie industry today is a joke. They hire whoever is considered a 'big name' in hopes of enormous ticket sales and will pull out all the stops for said big name regardless of their actual abilities. There will never be another movie like Taxi Driver, Full Metal Jacket, A Clockwork Orange, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Alien, Jaws, etc... I miss the days of subtlety and suspence and damn good acting. It seems nothing in the media can exist for more than a few decades past a certain level of success before it gets warped and becomes a caricature of itself. Sigh... Rant over.
