Our favorite foreign born B+ list singer/actress was wasted out of her mind on what appeared to be coke at a party this week out of the country and out of her own home country. She is not usually that obvious about her use.

    Well, the only thing nice I can say about her is she seems to have hired a great stylist as of late.
