If I read a book I prefer non-fiction I'd prefer to learn instead of trying to be entertained.

Nonfiction. I love history, biographies, real stories you couldn't make up.

Fiction, especially the classics. Some of my favorites are The Count of Monte Cristo, Pride and Prejudice, To Kill a Mockingbird and pretty much anything by Mark Twain and Agatha Christie. As far as more recent books, I loved A Man Called Ove.

    Movies.

I read mostly classics, which are mostly fiction (even Os Lusíadas, which has a lot of history, falls in non fiction many times, for example).

    Both. Most recent reads:
The Empty Chair by Jeffery Deaver (hated it)
Field of Prey by John Sandford (I really like Sandford but this was my least favorite of his books that I've read, though it was good, just nothing special; try Certain Prey or Hidden Prey if you're looking for a good read)
Blake by Peter Ackroyd (very good bio of William Blake)
Modernity Britain: 1957-1962 by David Kynaston (post-WWUU British history)

Fiction. I'm a Harry Potter nerd so that's my favorite series. Favorite individual books include To Kill a Mockingbird, Beloved, and Everything is Illuminated.

Nonfiction. I love memoirs and biographies, and the occasional, "this is your world" book.

Both. Classics, biographies about authors, science fiction and fantasy, history, YA, Dr. Seuss - I enjoy a good read. Recently read the Poldark books, and then re-read Austen.

  12. Fiction.
If I have a craving for Non-Fiction, I'll watch the news.

Exactly! As long as it's a good read.
