Blind Items Revealed #3
May 23, 2017
This Academy Award winning actor has always been a jerk, especially to his fans. So, it is kind of shocking to me that the way he decided to make some money was to sign autographs for the fans he has always hated and to do the thing he hates even more which is interacting with them.
Richard Dreyfuss
Yeah but when you're so over the hill nobody remembers you used to be a star maybe it humbles you a bit.
ReplyDeleteHey many a former "star" will humble themselves and hit the comic cons, fan boy conventions when they got bills to pay
ReplyDeleteConsidering the iconic movies he was in, shouldn't he be A list?
ReplyDeleteI believe there are some articles about his finances. Apparently a decade or so ago he decided to retire and live the good life. Unfortunately he wasn't as rich as he thought he was and the good life cost more than expected. So he went back to work but the hiatus meant he was no longer a well paid leading man in Hollywood movies but now a far lesser paid character actor in TV and direct to video.
ReplyDeleteWho thought about him ? This blind is so generic
ReplyDeleteI saw him on some news show and he was quite sane and reasonable.
ReplyDeleteThere is usually a big difference between how celebs act when 'on' versus when they are not.
ReplyDeleteCash flow must be low in the Dreyfus Household.
ReplyDeletedidnt he come out a few years ago saying he is bipolar?
ReplyDeletenot surprised if he is running out of money.

ReplyDeleteWhen he was on In The Actors Studio he flatly refused to talk about WHAT ABOUT BOB? James Lipton was at a loss for words. Was it because the other guy was so much better in his role? There's something 'off' about him and it prevented him from being a triple a actor. Some of his roles are legend.
ReplyDeleteAngry midget
ReplyDeleteWell, he's a lesson for a lot of young celebrities. Invest your money well and live reasonably so that you don't have to sing, act or dance forever if you don't want to.
ReplyDeleteInteresting. Dreyfuss works pretty steadily and always has. I really find it difficult to believe this is what he'd be doing.
ReplyDeleteLol, I thought you were going to say invest your money well and live reasonably so that you don't have to yacht. You went a whole.different direction.
ReplyDeleteDoes he really need the money?
ReplyDeleteTons of old gossip that he's horrible but to work w. Google him n jaws or him n bill Murray... he's a great actor but apparently very difficult.
ReplyDeleteThink so. Lives in North County which is not Beverly Hills. Expensive but not that much
ReplyDeleteA friend and I ran into him at a SAG event. He was very courtesy and signed something for my friend. No, he didn't ask for any money, lol.
