Blind Item #7
This former flash in the pan one hit wonder A list actress is now a B- list actress but still has that name recognition. Not much acting, but a ton of red carpets for the past couple of decades. She goes through about a nanny every six weeks because of her temper and because she doesn't always have the money to pay them, so makes them miserable so they quit.
Sharon stone
ReplyDeleteEntern we aren't going to discuss one-hit wonders again are we? No we are not.
ReplyDeleteIf this is Sharon Stone 18 movie and TV credits this decade doesn't qualify as hardly working. And there are a few shorts and voicings as well.
After googling One Hit Wonder Actresses---we have a couple real contenders---Linda Kolzawhatever from Crocodile Dundee who did nothing after that movie. Or one of Original Enty's favorites Shannon Elizabeth. J
ReplyDeleteEh, it's like people who work forever and then suddenly have a hit and are called an overnight success. Sharon Stone is the classic one-hit wonder.
ReplyDeleteit's sharon stone.
ReplyDeleteErm, total recall and basic instinct. Two classic hits.
ReplyDeleteDon't forget Casino
ReplyDeleteGoing with Alicia Silverstone to be different. Clueless was around 20 years ago
ReplyDeleteI would call Sharon Stone a legend (her basic instinct and other movies have given boners to a generation, for instance) more that the broad in the other BI.
ReplyDeleteIf I lived in LA instead of NYC I would gladly work for Sharon Stone for nothing. She could use someone with my 48 year work background. Best Personal Assistant around. Great with kids and pets. Well traveled. There's no way I would relocate to LA.
ReplyDeleteJennifer Grey?
ReplyDeletesharon stone was an oscar nominee, and that movie wasn't the 'one shot' movie either. so i don't see how she's a one hit wonder.
ReplyDeleteMena Suvari
ReplyDeleteNot Stone. She has 1 child & her ex got custody after the divorce.
