8pm - it's likely to be o-v-e-r for the night if I am tired and go near my pillow at this time, even if I want it to be a nap it won't be. I can give my pillow some head at 6/7pm for a 'disco nap' though, that's refreshing ?
6:00 PM - unless you're going out later and plan to go to bed after 2:00 AM.6:00 PM is too late to *start* a nap, otherwise.

Well having a toddler, I have asked myself this many times lol. I say if it's after 5, just try to wait a couple hours and go to bed at like 8.
I just took one today, a 2h. I took it at 5:30pm so I guess in my opinion- Never!
