This sexual assaulter who happens to also be an actor has a lot of people pulling him in different directions. One group says he should get engaged but that would be a very convoluted timeline. Cheating on the wife and cheating on the woman you were cheating with on your wife is not really a recipe for lets change your image. Meanwhile, the actress he is supposedly with finds out about new women all the time.

She's calling the paps and Affleck was adamant while he was campaigning but now he doesn't need the pap strolls anymore. The narrative worked for him as while he was campaigning he needed to show himself as a guy with a stable relationship to contrast the negative press of the sexual predator
