Blind Item #10
It always cracks me up about how much this actress talks about human trafficking and the like while one of her siblings makes her living selling herself.

ReplyDeleteMira Sorvino will speak down here Thursday on human trafficking.
ReplyDeleteHer sister could be too old to be selling herself though. Although if Pammie can still do it who knows?
ReplyDeleteI thought she was an Enty fave.
ReplyDeleteBoth of her sisters are in their 30s, I think.
Amanda's 46 - but McCord's sisters are in their 30s, so....
ReplyDeleteEnty - you do know there's a huge difference between human trafficking and prostituting oneself, right?
ReplyDeleteRight?
It's probably ALM

ReplyDeleteMy thought exactly
+1000. This entering needs an education on human trafficking, for sure. It Ain't yachting.
ReplyDeleteI thought so as well
ReplyDeleteYeah.. thought of that too. Crusading against human trafficking doesn't suddenly become laughable due to a sibling whose conduct you have no control over.
ReplyDeleteEntern, meaning this can't be the real Enty, or can it?

ReplyDeleteComparing human trafficking to prostituting oneself is like comparing being robbed to donating money, one is voluntary and the only one "hurt" (if anyone) is the person doing it.
ReplyDeleteLindsay Lohan.
ReplyDeleteI love this guess but didn't Lohan shoot that doc years ago. Long before she started, ahem, yachting. Agree with all there is no comparison whatsoever....
ReplyDeleteReese witherspoon
ReplyDeleteChoosing to be a sex worker, thereby controlling your own body, is not the same as sexual slavery which includes things like kidnapping and torture. Also the implication that they are in this instance is misogynistic.
ReplyDeleteNot all sex work is trafficking
ReplyDeleteNot all trafficking is sex work
One of Demi's daughters?
ReplyDeleteReece & her stripperg sister
ReplyDeletewhat /john said. aren't lawyers supposed to be at least a little bit smart?
ReplyDeleteIt is how you define voluntary. Thise who have become addicted and then get " put out" by their " men" - are not what I would call voluntary sex worker. Very few are " the Pretty Woman" fantasy. Too many do have manic depression or past abuse - the drugs they used to escape the reality often becomes what chains them to it- despite having families who desperately do want to help them
