Blind Item #6

This foreign born A list mostly movie actor gave up his franchise. He has also been losing a lot of weight that he attributes to not playing a superhero any longer. It is actually a fairly serious illness.

  4. Hugh Jackman. He keeps taking time off ( breaks) while filming 'The Greatest Showman' He is doing promos now for 'Logan' not as grueling as filming a musical.
Really like Hugh Jackman and I hope it isn't him.

I know he has had skin growths removed (hopes they were basal call or non malignant)- not sure if entry is infeeeing that? He has spoken openly about it and raised skin cancer awareness etc

This is a tough one. Jackman did bulk up each time he did Wolverine but he just goes back to his normal weight. I'm gonna guess Affleck because he has trimmed down and could have some real health problems due to the way he beats his body up with excess.

But Ben still looks heavy and bloated. Hugh is not aging well from what I've seen with Logan trailers.

  14. Skin cancer sucks because it spreads to other organs rather quickly; and will lead to death if not caught early.

My friend and former neighbor Dennis Wolfberg died from complications from skin cancer.

My dad died of cancer 30 years after having skin cancer removed when he was 42. The doctors said skin cancer is a sneaky disease. It appears to be completely gone, when it truly hasn't left your body.
    Sad.

It's the Australian curse. Crazy powerful sun and not much protection. Now they know not to go to the beach so much but anyone over 40 from an Australian beach bunny/body background is now on high alert for skin cancer.

But Hugh said they got all the cancer again, and he looks really good in his recent Instagram videos.

I thought Daniel Craig, but no superhero stuff, I don't think.

Serious illness could mean lots of things. I've known some Crohn's people why cycle through looking like absolute death during a flair. Heart disease can also take a huge physical toll.

Hugh and HIV? I know that sounds terrible but I thinks he's in the closet and has used roids for a while now . I like him and I hope that I'm wrong .

This blind is a crock of crap.

Not all skin cancers are "equal". The overwhelming majority (>90%) of skin cancers are non-melanoma skin cancers that are easily curable by local surgery. In some cases surgery isn't even necessary, the tumor can literally be frozen or scraped out.

The only way you're losing weight from skin cancer is is you have metastatic melanoma. . .which is NOT what Jackman had. Jackman had ordinary basal cell skin cancer. He's publically reported this multiple times, including this time.

BCCs can be locally destructive, especially if ignored, but fatalities are so rare as to be practically unheard of. This is also literally the most common human cancer in the world. For example, there are FOUR million BCCs diagnosed in the USA each year.

I suppose its possible that this is Jackman and he does have "a serious illness". . .but his reported basal cell skin cancer isn't it.

That's "serious" in the sense that his Hollywood bankable looks are potentially at stake. . .but not in the sense that's its likely to make him "sick" in the usual sense of that term.
