With no chance of getting money from this now deceased permanent A+ lister, he is going to try and make a buck off the name by writing a book. There is no one around to sue him for all the lies he will print.
If it's Michael Jackson, did the SOL run for this guy? The SOL for child sex abuse is quite elastic, actually. It's been amended repeatedly through the years.
I thought jackson's meddling with young boys was pretty much a given, there are just too many instances. Adored him as an artist but he was a creep. Made one by his dad but still...
This is the guy who testified in Michael's defense when the molestation suits were being brought against MJ. His testimony helped MJ prevail. Now, years after he hurt other cases, and MJ is dead, he's decided to change his position and assert that yes, he was victimized by Michael Jackson after all, give me some money.
Wade Robson was a very successful choreographer, according to this blind, he will be lying in the book. Could the child who lost his case against Jackson sue? Could anyone who will be shown in a bad light sue? Surely if Michael were guilty, dozens of people covered for him.
Yes. And the more info/taped evidence the sheriff's office releases, the more disgusting it becomes. But for some reason ($$) every POS with a site gives him a pass. And as for talent, after the Jackson 5 he had 1 great album, 1 good album and then just retread til the end.
Civil court and criminal court are two different beasts, you can lose in one and win in the other. but winning the criminal case can increase your chances if winning the civil case, unless the defendants lawyer convinces the judge to bar it as evidence.
And yeah, he makes me fucking sick. He testified in defense of MJ and fucked over his victims and now wants wants to cry victim? Go fuck yourself.
And yes I do not how it feels to go up against your child molester, so yeah I feel totally cool with judging him.
SOL (statute of limitations) is over. Even when amended, it only gets extended forward, not backwards. So if something was beyond SOL by one year, even if it gets amended, it doesn't matter, it can't go backwards.
I agree with the others who say that MJ was a total creep. I think he left a lot of kids with a sense of shame and guilt, when they got older.
Having said that, he always made an 'asexual' impression on me. I don't think he ever actually 'consummated' a homosexual or pedophile act, I think he was the sort of loser who got off by just lying next to young boys, or showering with them; not that I would ever condone that. He was weird and uncomfortable to look at and to listen to , when he wasn't singing. I can imagine him lightly touching sleeping boys after giving them 'Jesus juice', staring at their private parts, and then locking himself in the bathroom for a sick wank.
Had to look this one up - Michael Jackson is the A+ lister.
