With the exception of one cast member, the majority of this holiday classic smoke pot nonstop during the entire filming. Not including the kids in the movie of course. The one holdout? It kind of seems fitting given her character, but this A/A- list mostly television actress abstained.
Family Stone/Sarah Jessica Parker
Seems like a fitting title, then.
ReplyDeleteMustve been hilarious to film
ReplyDelete"The Family Stone" is a holiday classic? Did I wake up in a parallel universe?
ReplyDeleteNo one the tension in that movie was palpable.
ReplyDeleteClassic? Reading some of the reveals makes it obvious why some blinds are tough to solve. People are described as married when they're not, "mostly television" turns out to have had a substantial film career, and this movie is a classic.
ReplyDeleteEver consider not drinking, Enty? Your brain is pretty glitchy.
Probably not for SJP, though. I have found that non-tokers have a hard time being around tokers when there is a task to accomplish.
ReplyDeleteThis is what Enty calls a "holiday classic"?!?!? No wonder nobody guessed it!
ReplyDeleteThey should have hired someone that smoked "the pot" instead then.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, the movie is pretty bad and that Stone family is annoying.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it more like "barely on the radar film, which most people will scarcely have heard of, let alone seen" ?
ReplyDeleteKNO ONE likes your shitty attitude. Why don't you REALLY leave the site; and not just change your name. You must be miserable and make everyone around you the same'
ReplyDeleteOk, in case you haven't guessed on your own, several of the clues are generally incorrect. Check out the Vanity Fair article about about this site and Enty. We're not performing heart surgery here it's purely entertainment.
ReplyDeleteThe biggest names in the cast:
ReplyDeleteDiane Keaton
Craig T. Nelson
Dermot Mulroney
Luke Wilson
Rachel McAdams
Claire Danes
I agree sometimes but in this case SJP is very clearly mostly television.
ReplyDeleteSo funny, I know lot of people don't like this movie. But we had our annual viewing this year with my niece and sister, even though it was late and we were tired Christmas night.
ReplyDeleteFuck off and leave Kno alone, you stupid twat. NO ONE likes any attitude of yours at all.
ReplyDeleteFortunately for them, when they got the munchies, her feedbag was full of sugar cubes and apples.
ReplyDeleteAnd how much drugs was she (and the kids) exposed to in that workplace, and where the hell was their union?
ReplyDeleteDruggies are all for their 'right' to use drugs, but they don't give a damn about other people's right not to.
And child services for that matter. Those kids would have been getting second hand exposure, why was no one protecting them?
ReplyDeleteYou sound fun, Anon!
ReplyDeleteSure beats the neverending smug commentary, eye-rolling and "UM, EXCUSE ME" vicious queen responses of some other folks I might mention.
ReplyDeleteI see it as sort of two careers. Her first heyday from mid 80s to 90s was almost entirely film but because SATC put her back on the map so much, people forget about the 20 or so years she spent in the biz before that show was even imagined.
ReplyDeleteMaybe so but since I have no idea to whom you refer, I don't know whether I agree or not. Better luck next time, hon.
ReplyDeleteWhether I'm fun or not, workers have a right to work in a safe environment. That means a drug-free one.
