Blind Item #3
Lots of people ask me what happened to this B list mostly television actress who was on a network show based on a movie based on a book. She was a lead. One day she was there and then next she was gone. She quit because her life was made miserable by this former franchise movie actress turned hey I got lucky by being cast on the show. The former franchise actress assumed if she could get rid of the lead, she could stay. She got rid of the lead, but then was fired herself because of what she did.
I want to see a John Oliver blind.
ReplyDeleteNicole Beharie?
ReplyDeleteThis is so about Sleepy Hollow
ReplyDeleteNicole Beharie and Nikki Reed
Sleepy Hollow 'jumped the shark.'
ReplyDeleteI hope Nicole Beharie finds another film/show soon. I liked her character.
Karma's a b*tch.
ReplyDeleteYes! I'd love a blind about anyone intelligent, really. Once in awhile a blind about Oliver or Stewart or Sam Bee or Bill Nye or really anyone more smart and less trashy than who is typically on here. I love me a good Teen Mom blind, but something different for once would be nice.
ReplyDeleteAnd the CBS late show shit about Colbert can't be counted. Don't care about the politics behind a TV show as much as more personal blinds.
I like creator blinds. Directors, writers, producers, artists. Why I'm loving the Aronofsky- JLaw hookup so much.
ReplyDeleteNikki Reed is a horse faced bitch.
ReplyDeleteQuestion is why was she allowed to push the female lead off her own show?
ReplyDeleteBloody good question. Who is the woeful showrunner who let this devolve into high school in the second season?
ReplyDeleteIt's not like there were directors, writers, PR people or any employment protections in place. Oh wait......
And not a week goes by that Nikki Reed is not doing something awful, jealous or resentful to another woman. Psycho bitch. I give it two years at most before she completely disappears off the map. She was so lucky to get Twilight and it was only because of Catherine Hardwicke, who was the one decent director in the mix and she was summarily dismissed.
What a shit show.
Especially because it probably killed the show, not just for the new season, but for franchising. Everyone I know who watched it was disgusted at Beharie's firing and washed their hands of the show.
ReplyDeleteI've quit watching Sleepy Hollow, now that Nicole is gone. Season 1 was great. Season 2 wasted John Noble as a character I wanted to bitchslap, and tried to pair up Mison with Winter's character. No, thanks.
ReplyDeleteThe answer to "why was she allowed to push the female lead off her own show" is probably the name of the executive Reed was blowing. That's how these things generally work.
ReplyDeleteNicole Beharie deserved better, and Nikki Reed will get exactly what she deserves for making Beharie so miserable.
ReplyDeleteThey sure did run away from the Beharie/Mison chemistry and in no way would they ever put them together. Nikki Reed was awful.
ReplyDeleteHow do you square loving "intelligent and less trashy" blinds with "I love me a good Teen Mom blind"?!? LOL
ReplyDeletelol! no i like the trashy ones, too, i just said it would be nice to break up the trashiness at times with blinds about people like john oliver/jon stewart/etc.
ReplyDeleteNicole Beharie and Tom Mison have unbelievable chemistry. Somebody needs to put them in a movie immediately. And the Sleepy Hollow show runners should go fuck themselves for screwing up a good thing!
ReplyDeleteThe first episode of the new season showed promise so I am going to keep watching it. I like the new characters and they did throw a twist in that I wasn't expecting but should of.
