This female rapper was headed to A list when she was killed. The thing is, the right person has never been caught for her murder. Oh, sure there has been someone who confessed to taking part in the killings, but there were no consequences for that confession. In addition, in this city, if you have enough cash, you can make just about any crime have a non existent investigation. The person behind the killings was also the person in charge of her career. Apparently he wanted her dead for a few reasons. One, she was hooking up with people other than himself and he didn't appreciate that. Second, she wanted to move on to another person who she thought would take her career to another level. Third, she knew about his drug dealing and money laundering being done at monster levels. He thought if she left to go with someone else that she might spill the secrets. So, he had her killed and then went to her funeral. She did actually spill her secrets. She left behind some diaries which her husband found when he got out of jail. He tried to make some quick cash extorting the killer. Instead, he wound up dead too.

This actor is A list. Academy Award winner/nominee. Considered a great actor with a history of some questionable hookups that had long term implications. Generally considered to be an a-hole. Also landed a role in a sure fire billion dollar box office movie. A couple of weeks ago I was talking to someone about the place where our actor is from. We had been talking about other celebrities from this place because the person lived there for most of their life.

At one point he brings up the actor's name and does that thing where they assume you know the story. I kind of turned my head and needed it repeated. I actually set down my booze for a second because the one liner was crazy. I wanted the whole story. The actor came back after not being there for awhile and acting like a big shot and there were women wanting him but he wanted this one woman. She had a boyfriend and had no interest in the actor. For three days he kept bugging her and bugging her. She refused. After the third day of this, the actor has the boyfriend beat up to the point where he had to be admitted to the hospital. Permanently damaged his jaw. He then had these same guys find the woman and dragged her from the supermarket where she worked. The guys brought her to the actor at his hotel. He raped her and beat her for an entire night. When she attacked him when he was not looking he grew even more violent and then told the guys to dump her somewhere and he didn't care whether she lived or not. So, they dumped her in the middle of nowhere. Literally 20 miles from any phones or homes. Somehow she made it out to a road and flagged someone down and they helped her. She went to the hospital and the police but the police wouldn't touch her case. Newspapers there wouldn't report it. No one did. Her family tried. The boyfriend tried. Nobody would do anything. This doesn't mean our actor is welcome back there any longer though. They all know, but they just didn't want to do what was right.

The reason she stopped working in movies was not retirement so much as no directors ever wanting to work with her if she was cast because she always had final cut in her movies during the 90's so they all ended up being bombs.

#3 - This 80's A+ list actress is now barely in demand for any movies. She used to be married to an A+ lister who has been A list for a few decades. Our actress stopped getting roles after she fired multiple directors and directors of photography because they were not shooting her the way she wanted. Today's Blind Items- 90's Shows

I think if 90's shows aired when there was this 24/7 news cycle and Twitter, that the decade would have been amazing for gossip. As it was, all I remember all of the time was Shannen Doherty on tabloid cover after tabloid cover feuding with someone or doing drugs with someone. I literally could fill pages with items from these shows. The stars from the shows who were basically one and done love talking about those days.

#1 - This show actually barely qualifies for a 90's show. The cast hated each other. The parents and kids warred wth each other. The daughter on the show was underage and hooking up with a crew member. She was an out of control bulimic who crashed and burned as soon as the show ended.

#2 - The actress from #1 says the producers and writers were a certain level of creepy but you could deal with it. You knew what to expect. She says that when she went to this very short lived 90's show with at the time an A+ list actor not much older than her that he was super creepy. As in, scary, don't ever want to be alone with him creepy. The kind of guy she would find in her dressing room going through her stuff creepy. He still has A+ list name recognition.

#3 - This show ran almost a decade. Hell, it was longer than that in all of its different forms. It was filmed outside the US so it kind of stayed beneath the radar as far as gossip. One of the actors who was on a couple of different versions of the show also had the most drama surrounding him. he would sleep in his trailer a lot because his girlfriend at the time and now wife would catch him cheating. He left her so many times that no one ever knew if they were together until she would invariably come to the set screaming for him. I'm shocked they are still together after the horror stories she and the cast have shared about the relationship. He doesn't get much work any longer because of his reputation from the show.

She was 15 and eager and soon, different label heads were scouting her. When they heard her voice and then saw how she looked, they started scouting her even harder. She was sleeping with one of the producers, the one who made the initial calls. Soon, she was sold to this pseudo porn star/celebrity sibling. He loves controlling vulnerable women. It is his specialty. Anyway, he started controlling the career of this singer. He brought her to the attention of this A+ list rapper/mogul and he signed her to a deal. By the time all the ink was dry she was just shy of being legal. Didn't stop the mogul. He liked to sample the new talent. He was sampling her on a fairly regular basis, BUT he also was involved with a current A+ list singer who was in his face every day.

Our brand new signee did fairly well. Her first record sold a decent number of copies and she had some quality singles. The thing is though, that porn star in charge of her career was feuding with the mogul and told the mogul he would not be allowed to hook up with the singer again. I assume he thought the mogul would think she was something special. Apparently not as special as the current A+ lister because the new signee was dropped and the word put out on the street. No record deals for her from any label. When someone ignored the edict, they were paid a visit. If the visits were ignored then other steps were taken. This was a total lock down of a career that lasted almost a decade. The porn star cost his client her singing career but he didn't care because he was with so many different women who were all earning for him that she was just a drop in the bucket.

Lately, the singer has come back into the spotlight and apparently she is now allowed to record and is starting to make a name for herself again.
