Producers from this Bravo franchise have been trying to get publicists to send their clients to where cast are filming so they can get various celebrities on film and then use their appearance to boost the very low ratings of the show.

    Kind of a sleazy thing to do to get more popular celebrities to unknowingly/unwillingly to endorse their show.
