Blind Item #7 - Kindness

Our rehab loving former tweener turned A- list singer/bad actress showed a lot of love this weekend. She spent several hours at a children's hospital on Christmas Eve in her hometown and it was definitely appreciated by the patients and parents. Hopefully 2017 will be a good year for our singer.
