Blind Item #2
Our favorite closeted former B+ list mostly television actor from a now defunct hit network show went on a drunken rant about one of his former co-stars. Apparently he thinks he has more talent and she does not deserve the accolades coming her way (she does) for the same type of performance arena in which he is currently starring.

ReplyDeleteIt seems D-fake-Criss and Amber Riley, but he is an idiot( what a new) if he thinks that HE is more talented than her, especially if she better her acting skills.
ReplyDeleteDon't think is Criss AND Jenna, first, she may have had nice rewiews, but i never thought of her as " talented", at most, a good professionist, while Amber is much better than her
I like this guess. Enty doesn't like Lea, so I can't see him unnecessarily acknowledging any talent she may have "(she does)" cause that's not his nature.

ReplyDeleteWhy is closeted relevant? In a related note, see the excellent Netflix documentary Tab Hunter Confidential for his perspective on staying closeted.
ReplyDeleteThose generally perceived as closeted is a solid clue narrowing the pool of potential guesses.
ReplyDeleteExcept Darren isn't currently starring in anything. So either this was written before Hedwig ended and Enty waited to post without editing OR it's not Darren.
ReplyDeleteIt's not Jenna.. they went to see each others show. It's not Lea because she isn't doing anything but hotel room PR shots with SQ on hiatus.
Closeted is relevant because Darren won't be recognized without it. Normally Enty throws Glee in there so I'm quite surprised.

ReplyDeleteTrue about Darren-Must be Matthew Morrison(And Amber Riley) who is starring in a revue called "Broadway up Close"..... (Enty normally refers to Morrison as closeted and married , but hey)

But Morrison isn't " our favorite closeted former , with a fake GIRLFRIEND" , so, i think is Criss

Next time, instead of" WHITE, STRAIGHT, Cis -person with a " beautiful "gf ,as he has identified himself, he may say: "White, straight, cis person with a " beautiful" girlfriend" and more successful than ANY other costar".i mean, just one more crap, why not..

ReplyDeleteIf it's Michele, no she doesn't. Her scenery chewing, fourth wall breaking, indicating and self consciousness make Bette Midler look like she's Meisner trained. Thank dog no one's playing her music.

ReplyDeleteShe is. I was lucky enough to see it on a preview night, and she is PHENOMENAL. The whole cast and show were great, but Amber is a powerhouse. I hope she does more theater - she's definitely worth the price of a ticket..
ReplyDeleteCriss is still doing Theater, just not a current show, so perhaps it's a loose truth. He's hosting 'Hairspray Live' (or did), and he's doing 'Broadway-Con 2017.' And he was doing one-off theatrical music concerts (like Little Mermaid Live). Maybe it's the fact that he's doing all these crappy little one-offs and not in a hit Broadway play that has gotten him a bit riled up?
