For the fourth time in as many weeks, this former A- list mostly television actress from a long defunct, long running running network show turned straight to on demand actress/part-time drug user canceled on plastic surgery. She can't decide whether to get her breasts enlarged and has canceled four surgeries at the last minute.

    Good for her for canceling. Maybe someone else is trying to get her to have it done. Plastic surgery should only be done when you want it for yourself. Misha might think it's a way of getting some work, of various types.
