Blind Item #1

Several writers have quit this middling network sitcom which is new to the air this year. The reason? Politics actually. The A list dual threat actor who is often under this comedy umbrella and the majority of his writers are from one political party and the ones who quit are from another. They just couldn't get along at all.

The majority of Hollywood are Democrats, so the writes are probably Democrats. The actor in question is Republican then.

Grow up people. It's easy enough to find yourself out of work and another to take your place before the afternoon is over.

Kevin James? He's creator on his show so he would probably have power to bring in some of his own writers.

  4. The Last Man Standing is excellent example of how everyone can get along. Writers are liberal, Tim Allen definitely not.

I'll tell you what all of them are not -- talented.

Well, if it is who I think it is, the new show runner is a long time conservative and veteran of the business. Not that a switch has ever saved a show....

Last Man Standing is sooo not funny. I hate watch that show. Why it is still on the air I will never understand.

  9. It's Kevin Can Wait (Kevin James). The show runner has been replaced at least once already. Last Man Standing is not a new show.

Last Man Standing was funny the first season. As it got more political, it got less funny.

Operative words 'grow up.' This is HW, there is no growing up in HW.

Wow...grow up is right. Why can't people accept that not everyone is going to agree or have the same views. It's become "You can have freedom of speech, believe what you want to believe, as long as you agree with what I believe." Bullying at it's finest.
