    I remember a while ago a blind that said "she's not like her sister she ran away when people started doing coke at a party" and it was revealed as Bella Hadid. So I'm assuming it's her

    Didn't Yolanda Foster write a letter about her kid's drug filled car after it was impounded when she had a DUI? It had Adderall, Vyvanse and rolling papers which probably were for pot not cigarettes and was addressed to Bella. Bella has been taking drugs for years apparently..
