No one even talks about this celebrity offspring of a permanent A lister being kicked out of school after such a big deal was made of the offspring getting admitted to the school.
More interesting is what she did. Alcohol, drugs, not going to class. If it is Lola, I wonder if this could have been averted by allowing her to choose her own college.
It happens all the time. I work at an ivy league school where several celebrity's kids have been kicked out. Depending upon why they were dismissed, sometimes their parents can buy their way back in. We had the son of a permanent A list musician kicked out because he threatened another student with a knife. Needless to say, he did not get reinstated even with his daddy's generous donation.

ReplyDeleteHer alma mater Univ of Michigan. Granted Madonna didn't graduate but she went there for dance I believe.

Public in that it's under that dept.'s purview but audition based so not so much. Doubtful she had the req's going in.
