Mr. X Blind Item #3

This permanent A list singer in a permanent A list group is dying. He recently bailed on a very high profile gig and is trying to organize one last farewell show.

Sounds right- the Enquirer tends to be on top of certain stuff as crazy as it is

Not Mick, he just did that Oldchella thing about two weeks ago. I forgot the real name of it.The Enquirer has put almost everyone on the death list, this year they hit the jackpot.I remember when Ryan O'Neal had two weeks to live.I hate when people say, why can't it be this person instead of another dying, but in his case, with Farrah I do make an exception.

Their list is very long though--but in the end they happen to wind up being right somehow :o

  7. Every one will die soon or later.
I could make predictions on death and eventually be correct.

    Nooooo. Not Mick.
He did recently bail - due officially to laryngitis - on one of the shows in Las Vegas (post Oldchella). Saw video of the second show online and he looked fine.

Anthony Kiedis cancrlled a show in May at KROQ's Weenie Roast because of "extreme stomach pain". I really hope it isn't what I think it might be.

Roger Daltrey had to cancel an appearance with The Who at the IHeartRadio festival last fall due to viral meningitis.

*The Who also had to postpone their 50th anniversary tour bc of Roger's illness. I think this is supposed to be him. I love The Who and love his voice and hope he is ok

Brian May. Known mostly for guitar work, but he does sing.

Think you might be right. Gregg and his band are having what will probably be their last concert at The City Winery in NYC from Nov. 6th to the 17th. He has been ill for some time. I imagine tickets to all performances will be sold out by the time I finish typing this. He's a legend!

Seems like there could be more than one, these guys are around seventy or more, and many had drug or alcohol problems. That's a good run under the circumstances.

  19. Sadly, this might be true. His recent health issues, and rumors of an ABB reunion coming soon sure make me wonder.
