Blind Item #9
This A- list stand up comedian/mostly movie actor from a big comedy troupe seems pretty thin. A lot of that apparently is due to his everyday use of Spanx.

Jim Carrey
ReplyDeleteWill Ferrell/The Groundlings or Steve Carrell/Second City
ReplyDeleteSpanx doesn't make you thin if you're not already - they just smooth things out.
ReplyDeleteUm, so?
ReplyDeleteSpanx doesn't magically melt fat. Fat can be compressed by spanx or crammed up to your neck like a toothpaste tube, but you're not thinner. Believe me.
If spanx DID make a person thinner, I'd wear a triple layer 24/7.
Spanx can only push in so much, the rest goes up or down to the edges of the material. Usually chest. If you are already thin, the appearance can be skeletal. If you are rolly polly, it just makes you look smoother but not thinner. Jim Carrey is a good guess, but to me he looks sick more than anything.
