Blind Item #8

This A- list mostly movie actress who is a celebrity offspring has a side gig. She spent much of her recent appearance supporting the side gig forced to respond to customers who have had trouble getting refunds or the monthly charges to stop.

What about Goop? Are any of her products paid for that way? I know Kate Hudson 's does, but she isn't A list as an actress these days.

A Fabletics pop-up came on my screen, I suppose because I typed Kate's full name. Thanks Google!

Cher made disparaging comments about goldie Jr's clothing, so that brought attention to the complaints..guess she'll just look for another way to make a buck..

Def Kate Hudson. I actually bought something from Fabletics and cancelled the order the next day and never received a refund.

The streaming music/radio station they play over the loudspeakers in my gym has ads with her shilling her product ("I work out in them, I sleep in them, blahblah....") So annoying....I hear them at least 3 or 4 times while I am there. Actually the clothes look cute, but I hate those companies where you want to buy something once, and they end up sending you stuff on a repeating schedule and billing you for it.

Is anyone old enough to remember the Columbia House record deal? You got like 12 albums for a penny and then you had to buy 5 more at regular price. Every month you got a post card with the featured album and if you didn't want it, you had to check the "no" box and send it back?

Yes, Desperate Kate is still trying to push her line of athletic wear. Apparently it's a scam and doesn't make it clear that you are subscribing to buy clothing from her every month.

Not too long ago Cher tweet-bitched about Hudson's billing practices and called it a rip-off.

Actually it is very clear - people are just iTools and don't read anything anymore. I belong and have never had any issues, each month I know to hit the skip button to avoid being forced to buy something.
