Why yes, that was a very well known Harry Potter actor passed out from booze on a park bench while out of the country. A passerby threw a ratty blanket over the actor because there was a light rain.

    And next to him, lies a guy who is a lawyer for our entertainment. His parents made an ultimatum and thrown him for a day out of their house, because they could not handle the mess that he has become.
