This 70's A+ lister with celebrity offspring wrecked his car while driving drunk but managed to get it towed away without the police busting him again.

    Didn't you know that habitual drunk drivers don't need Uber or Lyft, or any form of designated driver.
    They drive just fine while intoxicated.
